“The functional trainer showed up in 3 days. Was fairly easy to assemble. I was a little worried the first weekend because the pin wouldn’t go into the heavier spots on the stack but after a few uses the machine works perfectly.”

“Website was ok... They did their best at tring to bang me for some extra shipping protection garbage I didnt want. The box to unselect this was small and hard to see. Otherwise it was shipped out pretty quick. Email updates went to the inbox instead of the junk so thats nice...”

Hi! Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear your order shipped quickly and that our email updates reached your inbox without issue. We also appreciate your comments regarding shipping protection. We offer the option to purchase shipping insurance through Route at checkout to help protect orders in the event they are lost, damaged, or stolen. Route’s support team assists with replacements or refunds if needed. While we do recommend the added protection for peace of mind, it is completely optional and can be removed during checkout if you prefer not to include it. We value your input and appreciate you choosing Titan!

“With a burgeoning love for kettlebell, I found that Titan fitness was the best company to go to for this. I was hoping to buy Titan products for life. But the service you have given me has left with me with the worst shopping experience I’ve had. I was sent the completely wrong product, some cheap price of rope. Then when I reached out to you, I was told you would let me know when my new one was sent out to me. After waiting more days then I was told to expect I reached out AGAIN to see where and when my new product was coming. Only to find out, that I a paying customer, was forgotten about and that you had no more of the product I was looking for. Happily though, I took my refund and will never EVER buy a Titan product. Thank you for the awful experience, my hard earned money will go elsewhere.”

“Excellent adjustable bench. I don’t see my self needing a new one for many years. I love the TITAN logo that’s under the bench. The to part of the bench being an extended is awesome and lets you keep your back sturdy when bench pressing. “Tough warrior equipment”.”
