Two months after ordering a bracelet that hasn't arrived I still have to keep calling Customer Services who are doing everything to avoid the issue. Nobody takes responsibility and I am fobbed off at every point .

The jewellery bracelets brought on 19/4/22 has come apart today which is 7/6/22 That’s less than two month and nothing can be done I didn’t buy a warranty however I didn’t expect the diamond bracelet to break that quick and now is not wearable ! TJC can not do anything so it’s lose lose !

Very poor ordering experience, given wrong info when placing order. Ring arrived & although beautiful came with no ID tag or certificate Of Authticity. Very dissatisfied with whole experience.

I have not received my order from 30/4/2022. I am hoping that TJC will rectify this, and/or provide tracking details for my order, and tell me where it is!

Terrible product! I would have given no stars had this been possible. I purchased 9ct yellow gold diamond studs and the diamonds turned out to be milky white. The overall quality was extremely poor. The earrings were in two plastic bags, one within the other, and so it was not possible to see the quality of the diamonds clearly without moving them from the plastic bags. Once removed from the bags, they couldn’t be returned. I will never buy jewellery online again. You’ve definitely got to see what you’re buying rather than relying on marketing images, which are not always completely accurate.

My experience has been absolutely diabolical I order an air fryer at the beginning of May when it arrived it had been used and was covered in cooking oil I called to arrange a return and was told it would be collected the next day the courier arrived but TJC hadn’t provided me with the returns label so it was rearranged for the 10th this went ok but as of today 24/05/22 I still have not received my item and the only offer of compensation was £5 off my next order which I have no intention of using as I can’t trust this company

My mum is having chemotherapy for stage 4 cancer and I paid for the next day delivery service as I need the stuff urgently. The invoice said that the items were to be delivered in 10 days. I had to beg customer services to look into it. The items arrived within a few days but it was not great having to chase them. The items were however great so it was a real shame.

I purchased a Platinum ring which took longer to come than expected and I went a review in as requested give g 4 stars. I have been requested to write a further review (this one) and have re-evaluated the company. Why the change of opinion you may ask, well I paid £299 for the ring , 2 days later they emailed me about a "bargain" which happened to be the same ring now priced as £269, £30 cheaper!!! I feel mugged off, and will not be using this firm again.

I ordered on 23.4.22 and was billed that day. Still hadn't received my order so sent an email that took 2 days to get a reply only to be told by customer services that they haven't hot sufficient stock of what I ordered. It's been escalated further but am still waiting for ab answer. My 1st experience of TJC and I'm not happy.

Twice I have requested an end to email contact offering goods. Yet I still receive them. Products purchased seem to be good otherwise.

No Tag on ring when it arrived. Very bulky and did not fit. So returned. Agent wanted to resize. I requested a refund

I ordered a necklace.When it was been worn it looked quite chunky,also when she had it across her hand it did.So ordered it and was excited waiting for it, to then be very disappointed when it came.It was so fine,more like the standard ones with pendants in jewellery shops.Yes the design was nice but so fine.We compared it against one my son bought mum with a locket on it from Argos at Christmas.The chains were the same in width,and his had a lovely locket on it,but he only paid £199.99.So no very disappointed,plus first time I shopped with you.QVC better

Poor customer service which took a death certificate to prove a family members death in order to secure a refund but thats not after I had to take it further. Never had i had to send off a death certificate to an online shopping store before and this needs to be addressed and rectified.

Until recently I was quite pleased with tjc. But unfortunately due to you charging me £10 too much last September, instead of putting it back into my bank account you gave me a voucher code worth £10. I have tried and tried to use it over numerous purchases that I have made since. I have been on to customer services a few times to tell them about this problem and have now been told it is out of date. I don't know if this is how you treat all your customers, but to me it is fraud and stealing. I will not be buying from tjc again and have informed all my family and friends.
