I ordered a necklace.When it was been worn it looked quite chunky,also when she had it across her hand it did.So ordered it and was excited waiting for it, to then be very disappointed when it came.It was so fine,more like the standard ones with pendants in jewellery shops.Yes the design was nice but so fine.We compared it against one my son bought mum with a locket on it from Argos at Christmas.The chains were the same in width,and his had a lovely locket on it,but he only paid £199.99.So no very disappointed,plus first time I shopped with you.QVC better

Poor customer service which took a death certificate to prove a family members death in order to secure a refund but thats not after I had to take it further. Never had i had to send off a death certificate to an online shopping store before and this needs to be addressed and rectified.

Until recently I was quite pleased with tjc. But unfortunately due to you charging me £10 too much last September, instead of putting it back into my bank account you gave me a voucher code worth £10. I have tried and tried to use it over numerous purchases that I have made since. I have been on to customer services a few times to tell them about this problem and have now been told it is out of date. I don't know if this is how you treat all your customers, but to me it is fraud and stealing. I will not be buying from tjc again and have informed all my family and friends.

There isn’t a zero unfortunately. It’s been over a month since I placed my order, after waiting nearly two weeks for delivery, I was sent wrong item, then had to wait one week for a return label, then over a week an email was sent to say item received and they will be refunding. Called customer services again (4th time now), they now have no stock of the necklace that’s why they are refunding. I ordered this necklace for my Daughters birthday, and was told it would be replaced, I could have gone elsewhere to get a necklace and my Daughter could have had her present on time. Wouldn’t recommend them at all, they don’t call you back either when they promise to

I ordered some Petite diamond earrings from TJC in their sale, the earrings came with certification and the reviews were good on the site however when mine arrived they were mismatched, one was quite pretty with a decent sparkle the other opaque dull and with little to no sparkle. I would never be able to wear them as a pair ridiculous!!! I complained and a ticket was created however no one has ever responded from the company. I would not recommend save your money and buy elsewhere ! I understood I wouldn’t be getting amazing quality diamonds however there is at least an expectation they would match each other

I ordered a blanket Mustard Grey,what I received was Grey Rust. They were very apologetic BUT DID NOT CREDIT THE POSTAGE WHICH WAS THEIR ERROR.

Very bad customer service, every time you ring to follow up on an order that’s incorrect or a refund that hasn’t been refunded you end up talking to someone different and fobbed off.Channel should be shut down.

Normally I find the company really good. However recently things have gone downhill. Two of the items I bought and paid for were not sent even though they are still being sold on the website. Parcels have gone missing, etc. I hope they can improve and get back to the company I used to love dealing with.

I recently purchashed 5 mulberry dovets, so far I have received 3. I have already discussed this with your customer service person and it was agreed that in fact 5 have been paid for. To look up on line tjc for my account is impossible. firstly it does not recognise this address, strange really that you do. So i cannot log in without changing my password. it seems that the delays..............the missing items.............communication with your company is a shambles. I am new to tjc and what with these problems I am reluctant to stay with you as a customer. Not only do I want what I have paid for, at this moment in time i will not be ordering any thing else till this is sorted out I would suggest your company looks at how ideal world operate. I am extremely upset as I was not sent a NEW product........ I called straight away to complain and told I would be sent a returns label ...10 days later I called again to request a returns label ...never arrived I then thought I would pay for the return myself and went to the post office...after holding up the queue I was told there was no such address I called again to be told to go to Opatra direct Poor poor poor would not recommend
