Candle making kit ordered in November eventually arrived in January ...over 6 weeks for delivery!! 6 piece purple Duvet set ordered on 21st January didn't even come with matching purple sheet. Comforter is poor quality and the design and faded colour is dreadful quality unlike what was presented on TJC. Mark had said when presenting it that it would arrive in a vacuum bag, well mine must have been returned by another customer as it arrived a crinkled clear plastic bag. Not worth the price charged ... which I am still paying for. Shipping numbers being given instead of tracking numbers, and everytime that happens it takes minimum of a month to six weeks to arrive..... which comes via the Netherlands! Don't even get me started on customs or the fact that items on Budget pay are now being charged individually instead of per order like they used to be. This causes extra costs to customers who live outside UK Auctions are selling items, getting paid for them and then the decent items aren't being sent, or arrive broken. I could say lots more, but haven't the time except I am not impressed.

Ordered earrings for a birthday gift . The item was showing as in stock . Payment was taken straight away . Waited over a week for no delivery . When I rang to check delivery date I was told the item was out of stock . So I asked why my payment was taken if the item wasn't available i was I told I could re-order when it was back in stock . NO MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT ! I have been a regular customer for 15 years but won't be anymore . Extremely poor service

Ordered a ring the last one in stock and it needed resizing I called up to arrange this after placing order and was told that it would be free no charge for resizing! Now I'm being asked to pay£20 extra for this!

Rubbish! It is 8th of March and I have been waiting since 20th of January for a refund. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

Find it very confusing. Had to phone numerous times as they send out an invoice for £99.99 when the item cost £29.99. Took numerous phone calls to be told the £99.99 would be sitting in there bank account for a few days then they will take the money I owe and the rest back into my bank account. Now my account is showing the item at £99: 99 and £4:99 postage yet £44:98 has been charged to my bank. Ive had a receipt through for £29:99 and £4:99 postage. The item has been dispatched so I can't even cancel it to get my money back as it will cost me postage money so either way I'm out of pocket. I've never know a company to do this before and I'm so confused. Won't be buying from yhem again

Awful - Won 3 auctions, tried to pay and their system was down. Just spent 17 minutes on the phone trying to pay and the guy kept telling me different amounts to pay (all higher than I should be paying), he kept forgetting my ring sizes and put me on hold. When he went to put me on hold a third time, I said I needed to end the call. I had called to pay, I have no idea why he had to keep putting me on hold and not actually taking the card payment. I have paid for nothing and ended up with nothing - what a joke! One item was a ring for mothers day which mum won't be getting.

I LOVE their jewellery! And speedy delivery too. But I needed to speak to a human this week, and nearly scooped my eyeballs out with a rusty spoon. Really really dreadful. Didn't listen (I think also didn't understand), and spent the whole time saying "stay connected" - literally, 15 times! Like I was going to go anywhere. Really very annoying.

Terrible customer service. I repeated asked for my complaint to be handed on to a manager and asked for a managers name only for my request to be ignored over and over again. I sent over 20 emails regarding my complaint and received vague responses not answering my complaint finally leading to offers of vouchers, none of which were accepted on the website. When it goes well with TJC its good but when something is wrong they are terrible.

Received a faulty product was told I’d be sent a QR code to send it back for a replacement in 24-48 hours. A week later I’m still waiting

I have been a loyal customer of TJC for over ten years. The recent customer service that I have received concerning unreceived orders has left me disappointed and appalled. I have been continually lied to. Shame on you.

We ordered a ring for a special occasion to be delivered on Friday and 5 days after delivery date it still hasn't been dispatched after a phone call I was told it wouldn't be dispatched until next day and would take a further 3 to 4 days to arrive so not only did I miss my special day I still won't have it for when I go away for my special holiday I'm very very disappointed in your service especially when you give delivery dates and days past delivery it wasn't even posted its false advertising by your company you don't even notify me to say delivery will b delayed a very unreliable company

Item purchased was very poorly packaged. This item was a gift. The presentation box was dirty and damaged with a puncture hole in it before it was packaged so the fault lies with TJC and not the post office. I have photos to show the poor packaging. The security tag on the item is so close to the fastening it's impossible to try on without damaging the tag. All in all a very poor experience with TJC and the 3rd poor experience I have had with this company. I won't be buying from them again. The item purchased was a Vincenza collection - Italian make - 9k yellow gold necklace. I will now need to return the item. Very disappointed again with this company 😒

Ordered on 30/12. Never received item. Payment taken on 31/12. It is now 14th January. Customer service say " technical difficulties". Will be cancelling order and asking for refund. Not happy!!

Am angry still waiting for my delivery that I paid for also paid for quickly deliver. No one has the manners to email you explain why it’s late and when have rang up have had nothing but lies told to me about where my purchase is.
