“Don't like my orders being split up and the I get missing item's not very professional manner hopefully something will be sorted out and I will be able to get missing item's”

“Although very polite on my 4 phone calls to customer services I was told the item had been dispatched twice when in fact it hadn't, I also sent 6 emails none of which were answered apart from a generic reply saying they were looking into my query. My first payment of 5 has been taken out of my account but I have still not received my ring, this is an expensive item so I am very concerned. On my last phone call I said I would never shop with tjc again and I never will. This is the worst on line company I have ever dealt with and doesn't even deserve one star.”

“My item has not been despatched. I have sent an email to which I have not received an answer to - only a generic one . I send a 2nd email which has not been even answered. So where is my item and will I ever receive it. I am so disappointed in the service received - tjc have my money but I don't know if I will ever receive my item. Very annoyed customer Fiona Brett Doyle”

“I ordered good to the value of £900 on 16/11. I still do not have a delivery date, and was told today it MIGHT be next week! This is my first purchase, I am not impressed.”

“got a message saying i had returned something, i still have not received, money has been returned to my , i phoned was totally unhelpful , they even hung up, without speaking so had to phone again did not get what i was saying have emailed, still no response, not a happy person, disgraceful service have never returned anything , this is a nightmare if i could give you a big fat 0 i would , s forbes”

“I have been bidding on the auctions and have won some of them .. but I have now discovered that I am being refunded for the items even though they are still on the site .. I have contacted customer services department waiting for a reply … are the auctions scams since I’m only getting a few of them and not all of them.. very upset customer”

“They haven't bothered to address my complaint (professionally), by personally emailing me in response, rather than consistently being a computer generated type etc. The issues being the quality of certain products received and the confused manner in which these purchases were presented (in my online account), including the spend figures etc - due to an IT problem they experienced. They should not think it appropriate here, to request me to contact them yet again, out of false concern and PR purposes. The ball has remained in their court!”

“Last couple of orders have been dealt very poorly. When I ordered online I never received any email confirming the order or when it’s going to be delivered. The same thing happened when I returned the item no email about receiving or refunding. Again this happened with the last item i ordered. I still waiting to hear from yourself regarding the refund. When I have ordered so many times before and this never happened before so what has changed now. Very very poor customer service. I don’t feel like ordering anymore from TJC”

“I ordered a pair of earrings and despite waiting a month and asking where they were, was told they were being dispatched, paypal emailed me to tell me I recieved a refund. Why? Earrings still on sale and no explanation from TJC. Very disappointed and never got them”
