Poor customer service. Feel as though being fobbed off and no tracking available for items. They used to be good.

I ordered a pair of earrings and despite waiting a month and asking where they were, was told they were being dispatched, paypal emailed me to tell me I recieved a refund. Why? Earrings still on sale and no explanation from TJC. Very disappointed and never got them

Received Opal stud earrings with no seal With a sticker on external packaging saying if seal removed cannot be returned The butterfly back is very stiff So can’t wear either Clearly I was sent a damaged item with no choice of return Won’t be ordering again I shall stick with Gemporia never had issues in 6 years I only tried TJC as I was looking for some Opal studs to match my Gemporia Opal ring and pendant and bracelet

Recently purchased pink diamond bracelet 1999.99 and diamond ring 199.99 Will be returning both as diamonds are of the poorest quality full of inclusions

I have been exceptionally disappointed by the after sales service ring despatched with no requested re-siezing had to send ring back at my own expense then never heard from TJC, rang today and told it will take 6-8 weeks to re-size asked for it to be returned but now not sure if they can send it back to me before Christmas. As this is for a ring for a 21st end of Nov totally unacceptable service. Asked for a refund to help pay for a local jewellery £60 to do the work and this was refused. So now no guaranteed delivery of ring so what a waste of time. Never again.

Bought a ring for £799 have been told if I wanted to sell it I would only get £125 thankfully I still have time to send it back. I will NOT be buying anything else from this channel. Buyer be ware

The customer service here is perhaps the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. In the end, I had spoken with 4 advisors before I was LIED to and told a supervisor had tried to call and the order had been cancelled. I had my phone on my desk at work the whole day so no call had come through. I replaced the order and paid AGAIN. Once again there were issues with the order being processed and it took another two phone calls to get a supervisor on the phone. The supervisor was in no way shape or form helpful and just proved the company does not care for their customers. Just to add to it, the supervisor admitted they were on annual leave the day I supposedly had a phone call from them - proof I was lied to by another advisor. On the plus side my ring is nice, however, I won't be ordering from TJC again.

I am still awaiting delivery of a £400 ring ordered express on 5th, October. The customer service department have struggled manfully to explain the delay but it is totally unsatisfactory. I am seriously thinking of taking legal instruction and I certainly would not recommend dealing with TJC. I doubt you will advertise my review but I hope you will learn to improve from it

I phoned when my first order was returned to you with a problem with the address. I have phoned your call centre twice to rectify and add my house number which was missing and was told categorically that this had been done and the delivery address amended. There are still older orders that i have not received and i have not had a refund for the item that was returned. Your customer service agent was adamant that he had rectified the situation but i divert the orders when the post office notify of a delivery to come to my own property. All packaging that i have received has come with no house number on it and on 3 occasions someone had written number 12 on the address but guessing thats the post office!!!! I didn't feel that the customer service was a good experience and didn't come away from either call feeling confident that the issue had been solved. I felt rushed and as if the person wasn't interested. I have been asked for feedback on items i haven't even received!!!!! I have been very ill post operative and am struggling. I decided to shop with you to try to help with Christmas shopping but it has just been very stressful. I will be compiling an e.mail to send you of all orders and accurate delivery status. I originally asked for a telephone call to discuss all of this on your web chat but the answers i was getting on that weren't even relevant to the situation..... i left that very confused and guessing Luke is some sort of robot. I also have several returns and would like to inform you that i will be packaging them individually in one larger package to save of the postage as have been charged some postage at completely unexpected amounts. I have liked some of the items very much but some have let you down unfortunately. Should you wish to discuss this with me i will be at home on 01403 785852 from tomorrow 20/20/21.

Appauling pretend that you have the last few of a design pressurising you to buy or miss out. So you buy only to find it is still available on the website and with additional money off and free postage and packing. Support team despite evidence wanted me to return and reorder. Very poor service. I do not recommend.

I placed an order DW3325332 and one of the items is being resized from O to L tanzanite and diamond ring. I rang last week and was told the item takes 4 to 6 weeks before it can be delivered, I hadn't received any of the other items on the order! I got a text message yesterday 12/10/21 to say that item 3655225 is out if stock the premium tanzanite and diamond ring. Not happy
