Changed my email address in July by phone - still waiting in October for it to be done - what I ended up with was two accounts, one I cannot access with my TJCplus and the other that wont let me access for some unknown reason. Phoned 4-5 times each time told wait 72 hours and someone will contact you and they never do. Even asked for escalation of my complaint to a director and still no one gets back to me.

I have been a customer for over 15 years, and feel the service has gone down. I have spoken with customer services and emailed complaints team but still no resolution.

3 weeks after ordering still not dispatched my items. I must have made 15 calls about it requested a refund 4 times and i am still waiting. I have now informed them that I am claiming my money back through section 75 of the customer credit act and they still asked to be patient and bate with them whilst they sorted out the issue.my advise don’t shop with this company. Once they have uour money nothing else matters.

Purchased items was bumped up by £100 at checkout Then tried to say they unable to prove match there own advert this company are a joke and will reap what they sow. Losing customers and me Sharing on all social media. I have screen shots too so will be paying the initial price as used credit card so disputing with them.

Animal ring with perido stone. Stone simply fell off within minutes of receiving. Very poor.

I have purchased 3 items of which one arrived.i have followed up with delivery who said they had the parcel but it had been lost in warehouse . I have chased this up with your reps who have not got back to me and you are now taking money from my account and no further contact to my enquiry

Ordered the offer of Apatra neck product with free eye appliance.. The order was on screen with both male presenters banging on about the great deal. Confirmed with the operator what I would receive ie both products. When arrived there was only the neck appliance. I rang customer services only to be advised it was a time limited offer. This I disputed as my order was placed while still being televised. I have emailed and has no response a week later. I will now send it back and cancel my membership. At a cost to me for P&P. My reference was Ticket #R30G2

Customer service is appalling. Almost like they’re reading responses of a sheet. Totally put me off ordering again. Received 2 damaged items and called to return. Label was supposed to be sent to return free of charge. Called 3 times and still no label. Returned at cost to myself.

Received an email saying my goods were shipped and a date of arrival it never happened and I I didn’t receive my goods , they used the COVID testing app as an excuse , not happy at all

Look at the times I called to rectify your error in creating my account with the wrong email which you cannot rectify so now if I order by telephone I do not get emails relating to it. Once I have paid the outstanding amount I owe I will not be ordering again from you!

Very poor customer service. Ordered an item and the wrong one was sent. Second time this has happened. Contacted customer services to have a returns label sent to me. 1st operator was inept and rude. Wouldn't register my complaint and told me to call back. Second operator although very pleasant advised me on 3/9/21 a postage paid label would be sent. Today is 12/9/21 and I still haven't recieved it. Don't use this company. If you have a problem they won't resolve it. Shocking incompetent customer service.
