Have used this company for years and always thought they were good until two things happened. 1) A few months ago I received a ring which losted a stone on the first time of wearing, when I spoke to cutomer Services I was told there was nothing they would do about it so I stopped shopping with them for quite a few months. 2)I thought I would give them a second chance as I was looking to invest in quite a lot of jewelry. This I did buying some items outright and putting some on budget pay (or so I thought ). Not all the orders on budget pay were put through as such i.e. TJC took the whole amount for some orders which should have been on budget pay and as I was spending a few thousand this put me for the first time in an overdraft situation. As you can can imagine I was not best pleased and yet again Customer Services said they could do nothing about it. So I have decided to send a lot of the jewelry back and give my Custom to another business. BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY !!! Used to be a good but can't be trusted now.

The past two weeks I have had to complain three times! 1)was not sent a free gift with mascara. 2)ordered 2 x of an item only got 1. 3)ordered my daughter some beautiful earrings, ended up with a sterling silver cup pendant. Paid for delivery to send back! I have been shopping with tjc for years never had a problem. Today for the first time spoke to a gentleman who was rude and didn't care!! I am not happy.

I ordered nearly £500 worth of jewellery 2 weeks ago. Since my confirmation e-mail I have heard nothing. I need the jewellery for a wedding 2 days from now. Yesterday I waited on TJC’s phone line for 29 minutes. A pleasant young man didn’t know why my order hadn’t been posted. I asked for someone senior to call me back and let me know what was going on. I have not heard from TJC. Disgraceful.

I recently ordered Jewellery to the valve of 391.97 pounds for my wedding anniversary which I paid for fully. I received an email to inform me my order was on it's way, however, when I called customer services, I was told that my order was on hold because I was been checked out by the fraud team to make sure I was the person who had made the order, therefore the jewellery would not reach on time for my anniversary, absolute ludicrous, I have never been so insulted. I have been married for 40 years and lived at my address for 39 years and for your company to suggest my order is possible fraudulent is outrageous, I am not a criminal. I have asked for a full refund and will never use your service again.

As per our policies, we will verify our customer's card details with their address when they place their very first order above 100.00. This is a normal process for all our customers and will be done only once. As with all new customers, our system completes an automatic check, which includes a verification check that the address you supplied for billing matches that with the card. VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE Has definately put me off ordering anything else. ITEMS RECEIVED - BUT NOT IN GOOD ORDER - 1. OPATRA DERMISYSTEM 2. TRESOR RARE Ultimate pearl essence I have e-mailed ' Reevoo' twice without response to either of my e-mails also tried to contact TRESOR RARE - no luck there either. Please note: DELIVERY WAS GOOD -NOTHING WRONG WITH OUTER PACKAGING. It's the INNER BOXES WHICH ARE BADLY DAMAGED - Items were not sealed GOODS ALL OVER THE PLACE unlike others items I have received. Customer service really letting them down at the moment. They need to put their staff through some serious training for customer care, they really don't have any concept of what that means or how to speak and communicate with loyal customers who have been with them for years and spent small fortunes.

Won and paid for same item twice on the auctions only to be refunded an items not sent. Why advertise items on auctions if you haven't got them in stock. Also twice won and paid for set of earings and both times you are only sending half of the earing set. Getting to be a waste of time !

I purchased four rings a week ago, paid immediately and they have still not been despatched. I have contacted customer service who could tell me no more than l already knew, not happy with this delay with no end date, very poor service.

Telephoned yesterday to customer service as I had received only 2 items. There was a leaflet inside but no invoice, found this upsetting and your representative was very unhelpful. Said I would the rest of the items with the invoice today but this did not happen Very disappointed and I pay file the Premium Service which I am not receiving. The customer service agents are not trustworthy especially’BEN’ who robbed me of my refund saying I’d returned the free earrings and kept the £9.99 ones, completely unscrupulous!

I recently sent two item back and have only been refunded for one .how can that happen when you fill in a return,s slip and it states both item numbers.£10.00 MAY NOT BE A LOT TO LOOSE TO YOU BUT I AM NOW A PENSIONER AND ON A LIMITED INCOME ,and ive phoned twice about it and still no action.totally rubbish service this time normally very good . Just how many crooks do you employ now.?

Still waiting for delivery after 15 days 1 item turned up faulty had to get my money back and was a gift the second part of her gift hasn't arrived .. her birthday came went and still waiting for the item even after speaking to you and being reasurred it in a couple of days it will be here... your customer services v disappointed !!!!!!! Be careful they sometimes charge you for items that is not in stock and send fake delivery notice. You also have to be careful when returning items as they will pick and choose items to confirm receipt of and continue taking payment. The good is that you can often find some really nice items reasonably priced- would love if they do price match though as I purchased an item advertised as one off lowest purchase only to see it sold for £100 less a few days later. Next day delivery can take weeks - no guarantee...
