I ordered a ring and was told I could re-size it up to two sizes down and two sizes up. Then received a vm a few days later telling me there would be a further charge of £20.00. Therefore I am cancelling my order. Poor service.

I bought an opal ring for my daughter for Christmas, I bought it in October. The ring was not that expensive but the quality I was shocked. The stone cracked and broke, I contacted tjc, they said there was a 30 day return date, however, the ring was faulty but they would not refund or give me a substitute ring. Very disappointing wont be buying from them again.

Absolutely diabolical customer service I bought a gold bracelet in Dec and wore it once and it broke I rang the company as it was just over 30 day policy they were rude and not willing for me to return the item to either repair or refund I and all other people I ave introduced will no longer be shopping with them .We are in a pandemic and most professional co allow some leeway when dealing with each case .

Sent back two Rhapsody rings for repair and still have not received confirmation that TJC have received these. After several emails and telephone conversation I am extremely angry and worried as I keep getting asked for an order number and I keep explaining that I forwarded all relevant documents to them. Not good customer service at all. Would have given no stars if it was an option.

My partner ordered a item 1- Ring . Item never arrived emailed numerous times . Item has been refunded it said 15 times . Didn’t ask for refund just ring . Very unprofessional . Still no ring & no apology

If I could give this company 0 rating I would have .I bought a bracelet and after just wearing it once it broke got in touch with them and was told they can’t repair or take it back as just outside the 30 day policy . Poor to non existent customer service .

They sent me the wrong size, they never gave me a full refund until i phoned them to ask where my money was (VERY FLY) i thought, plus the jewellery looked really cheap, wont be shopping there again.

The incompetence continues , after another 2 hours on the phone , you really could not make this up after the promised delivery not booked , then me having to prove I had paid for one again ! It was booked collected and like a B****y boomerang I found the parcel back on my door mat with a label posting back to me over the official returns label An absolute joke of a company

If I could give 0 I would . Customer Service is poor at best , incompetent at worst . A simple task of changing an address to difficult and took 4 attempts . My Father changed as a one off to get a gift during lock down sent to me and a living nightmare to get changed back , I have received every single parcel my Dad has ordered since . I would not mind if I did not live 200 miles away !! So sick of it I am now having to pay for the privilege of having these goods collected by a courier It is not for me to tell my father who or what to spend his money on but I truly hope no longer with this company just awful and not even quality goods , mass produced and really not value for money

Return the item to the company they said they have not received it and still are asking me to pay £400., I feel like I am being scammed they said they are going to take me to court. I'm 70. Disabled

The jewellery channel, I placed a bid on Monday the 29/3/2021 I decided to have the ring fast tracked because I was due to go back to work on the Thursday that week so I kind of expected the order to arrive by royal mail but the ring didn't arrive. So I decided to call the jewellery channels customer services they told me that my order was being delivered by Amazon I'm at a loss as to why they would use Amazon everybody knows Amazon is not reliable. It's been a week today since the bid took place and my order has still not arrived I'm absolutely furious. I can't really answer the other questions as I've still not received the package but I had pick something in order to post my review. I do have an order number if I need to prove that this review is genuine.

Bought some jewelry cleaner of tjc to clean my opal jewelry and made sure it was the correct cleaner, followed instructions and when I took the ring and necklace out of the cleaner they had changed colour, got in contact with customer services to ask for a refund on the jewelry and after a week of asking for a refund they are refusing because I'd bought the jewelry of another channel, I've said it was there cleaner that ruined them, it's a nightmare, I've bought 142 items of the channel and they cant even refund me so I can replace the item. I'm a very unhappy customer.

Dreadful customer service. I wanted a return for clothes which did not fit and guys on phone said wait for prepaid label. Could take 5 working days!!!! They promised me that it would not affect the return deadline. The label NEVER CAME. I sent it myself. !! They refused the refund, called me a liar, said there were no notes on my account!!!! Then RETURNED the useless items to ME. SHOCKING. I had another return today. They sent dpd who couldnt pick up the parcel as it didnt have a printed return label, so by the time THAT gets back it will no doubt be out of time. The Irish c/c staff are lovely. But you might be as well talking to the wall !!!! The Indian guys are much WORSE cos english not their first language. DREADFUL DREADFUL COMPANY. Remember the old saying, if it looks too good to be true, then it probably is!!! Even much of their jewellery is badly finished and made in India by cowboys. Be warned. This is a Business not a Charity. They are there to squeeze as much money out of people as they can get away with.

Awful customer service department had to wait 20 minutes for someone to eventually pick up the phone. She offered no apology for my wait time and when I discussed that I was still waiting for a dispatch email told me bluntly, oh the item is out of stock! I ordered my item on Monday 15th March 10 pendants for £9.99 and have had to phone them today. They send no email to say it’s out of stock (this had happened a few times now) which I pointed out and she just kept saying sorry. I spoke to (eventually) a manager called Rob who was very rude, and actually admitted over the phone when asked “ so it’s pot luck you getting an item if there are supposedly 700 callers for an item” to which he replied “yes”!! When I placed my order “there wasn’t 700 items for that auction so how have I not received my item” no reply. I asked for compensation for the lack of communication and customer service to which he replied, can’t do that not policy, I said ok what about at your discretion and he said laughing “no”. Half the stuff I have received over the past few months has been of a very poor quality not worth the money anymore. I have asked me a return phone call which to be honest I’m not holding my breath about.

Ordered some hand sanitizer item delivered was digested all leaking bag wet through telephone them for refund no refund second time I phoned was told no refund had been put through I await my refund here hoping wont be shoping with them again terrible company

If i could give TJC a 0 rating i would. I ordered a one carat diamond ring for my birthday. I had to contact TJC customer services the day i received the ring as one of the diamonds was missing. I was told that someone would contact me to arrange for the item to be sent back as i wanted a refund. 10 weeks later still no phone call, and the money back guarantee has now expired. So i will now have to pay to get a diamond set into the ring. Avoid TJC at all costs. Dreadful customer service. They should not be allowed to trade

I watched tjc on Monday 8th March 2021 at 2AM and Andrew Bernard was presenting and for 3 hours he constantly claimed that the company was selling their products at a cost with the company and claiming that they are losing money not making any money no money in it for the company and also that there is no profit for the company tjc is disgusting when permitting the presenters to make these disgusting claims and the best of it is each of them have children what a bad example to teach their children to be greedy for money I will never shop with this company ever again and worst of all tjc is making us viewers believe that what they are claiming is true if this was the case then they would have been out of business long ago DON'T TRUST TJC
