Really disappointed. I have signed up to your TJC + service and asked for an automatic renewal. This has not happened twice. Both times I have gone through the process of speaking to the team to set it up. Both times the “free” month has expired and rather than automatically taking the money for renewal as I had been promised at set up, this did not happen and I have been charged for postage. When this matter has been brought up and could easily be settled by offering me the money I have been charged for postage on 4 occasions the customer service agent says he cant do it and can only offer a £10 voucher. I have been charged around £20+ . The customer service agent has assured me that I am now set up as a TJC+ member but this not cover the postage I have laid out when I shouldn’t have. I think trading standards needs to know that they are offering a service that they cannot manage effectively. If this is not sorted then I might need to inform them and take my custom elsewhere. For the sake of a few ££ I hope TJC can sort this out. I spend 1000’s of £ a year with them.

Cheap quality items. Will never ever shop here again, total rip off. Not offering a good service due to the pandemic in regards to refunds, if your not happy once they have your money...they don't care.

Horrible customer service, absolutely horrible. One person tells you one thing, yet there is no follow through, when you ball back another tells you that was the wrong information and tells you something completely different. Not worth the hassle of dealing with them, for the odd nice item.

Two orders had missing items in box I had delivered with rest of order in.I contacted them and they said it would be sorted alas never was.Also I purchased three items on GET10 off but when payed and checked out it did not take the discount off so I reported this right away as this done me out of money they are not going to refund me so I've been robbed for a third time joke .Alas won't be caught again as not buying no more nothing's ever sorted and when they say it is it to is just a joke very dissatisfied ex customer

This is to everyone that reads this DO NOT TRUST TJC ALL THE COMPANY CLAIMS IS THAT THEY COULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS LOSING MONEY TAKING A HIT NOT MAKING ANY MONEY NO MONEY IN IT FOR THE COMPANY ALSO THEY TRIED TO SELL A PINK TOPAZ AS GENUINE AND IT WAS PAINTED IT WAS A FAKE READ THIS ON WIKIPEDIA BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT JEWELLERY YOU PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AS THIS IS YOUR MONEY ALSO ADVERTISING STANDARDS AUTHORITY FINED TJC OVER THE TOPAZ £3200 AND TJC HAS ALSO BEEN INFORMED THAT THEY CANNOT MAKE ANY OF THE CLAIMS THAT THEY HAVE BEEN MAKING

Order no: DW2845222 size T Tanzanite with diamonds ring. Was too big I Sent it back unworn undamaged nothing removed on the 16/02/2021 all the tags etc sent back exactly the way I received it. On the 19/02/2021 I queried about my refund of £399.99. TJC said in a email and on the phone no refund can be given because I removed and replaced the tag with a shoe tag on. That is completely ludicrous and absolute utter nonsense. What tag are they talking about? Ref sent via email no: 6034413. Seriously??? I’m taking them on and hoping to resolve this issue BTW it’s not the 1st time. Ombudsman and CAB are involved. They are liars and have no idea how to treat customers. I have absolutely no reason to do what they are accusing me of. I’ve never been treated so badly.

Bought a rather substantial ruby and it started at £1000s went down I decided to ring and but at £200 it went down again while I was buying on phone.. I said to the lady on phone it had gone down again and she reassured me I would get it for final price.. however I didn't phoned up to complain and was told I had it wrong it hadn't gone down .. but I'm not stupid it was only £20 but they have lost a customer.. no one likes to be called a liar .. I only like Tony dinz anyway

Ia Not Happy Customer Not To Be Trusted I sent Ring back 19.1.21 Order no DW2818602 For Refund As Not As Advertised I returned It Back 1st Class Signed For But The ring Been Lost TJC Wont Refund Or Investigate Whats Happened Not Interested When Orders Go Wrong Like Taking Your Money Im Very Worried Julie

Bought a pen that doesn't work as nib will not retract. TJC not interested in helping to resolve the issue - just hide behind the 'we only guarantee for 30 days' line. Happy to take your money but not to offer any decent service. Will never buy from them again and I'll advise anyone not to buy from them too.

The presenters are still claiming that the company is taking a hit DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TJC THEY ARE USING US CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR OWN GAIN ESPECIALLY WHEN EVERYONE IS IN LOCKDOWN DISGUSTING

Hello i am making a complaint regarding Mark and Lucy Q. At around 5.20pm today Mark asked Lucy Q what she was doing at the weekend. Lucy then said i'm going to an illegal rave and Mark then commented if there is less than 100 people he wouldnt go.  Joking about the pandemic in this way is disgusting and i would like this investigated and action taken urgently. It is totally unaceptable. As a presenter i would expect better and as a guest Lucy should be ashamed.

In August 2020 I purchased a 9ct gold bracelet for £159.99 and by December 2020 it literally fell off my wrist. Telephoned Customer Service and was advised to return the item for repair or a refund. After receiving no update, telephoned Customer Service who advised the item was received on 6th January 2021. Having received no further updates have telephoned Customer Service 3 times to be advised a decision would be made 20th January, telephoned again today as still no decision made and still awaiting a promised call back.

ABSOLUTELY APPALING!!!!!! Do not use this company, especially the "TJC" Plus. Was advised that the first month was free. Mine ran from 7.12.20 to 7.1.21. I cancelled on 1.1.21. They took my money from my account regardless!!!!!!! Three times I cancelled this before the renewal was due. They advise I am not entitled to a refund. They are a bunch of theives and sharks! And by the way, some of the products that they claim you can't get cheaper or they have not see cheaper anywhere else is a blatant lie, they obviously do not do their research as I have found the same products on Ebay much cheaper with free postage!!!!!! laughable!

Bought what they claimed was a NYC diamond ring & we had a valuation done , we were shocked when the gemologist report found diamond wasn't 1ct both but 0.80 ct it wasn't G/H but I/J in fact the diamond wasn't as described overall .The assay mark wasn't a USA but in fact a tjcuk one that significantly devalued any future insurance replacement as it will only ever be a shopping channel value replacement. I am coming into my 3rd week since i first called to raise this issue .I sent urgent email to Sue Koo whoever she is ??? as requested , but she has never responded to my email i have had no call from anyone in management keen to resolve the issue .So make your own judgement !! I wouldn't buy from them again this company needs to be investigated seriously by OFCOM & ASA .buyer beware all that glitters won't be your pot of gold .

Tjc still claiming that they are taking a hit and they are not allowed as advertising standards authority have informed them that they are misleading customers when making this claim I reported this company to advertising standards authority who helped me to put a stop to the claims and will be reporting this company again

I reported tjc to advertising standards authority over how the presenters were claiming that the company could go out of business losing money not making any money taking a hit prices shouldn't be at the price and not making any margins this company doesn't care about us customers and advertising standards authority have informed them that what they are claiming is misleading to us customers the presenters are still claiming that they shouldn't be reducing the prices

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE please do not buy from them, I purchased a pendant which advert stated came with chain, pendant arrived but no chain, I can't tell you how many emails web chats and phone calls I have made, 2 weeks later they refuse to believe advert said pendant came with chain despite my providing screenshots of advert 3 times I have been promised a manager will call to no avail. This is clearly false advertising I have emailed managing director 3 days ago and really not surprised not to have even had acknowledgement, clearly shows tjc attitude to customers. My next step is trading standards maybe the can stop such bad practice

I bought two fax rugs by phone they came to me then I bought another by phone this was sent to my daughter when I did not request this. I telephoned they said someone would contact me they did not. I telephoned I was told it would be picked up yesterday it was not she stayed in all day. I telephoned again my daughter works for the nhs and would not be in all week I said she would leave it in a secure porch I was told she had to be in but try this. I have spent hundreds of money with you over the last nine years. I unhappy how I have been treated will think twice about buying again. this nearly happened before I was told it would not happen again I am really fed up trying to sort this out we are sheilding

As per the last entry about TJC PLus and fully agree with their comments. I joined the "membership" for this and was told it would be an automatic renewal every month. This was not true as their terms say you have to renew this monthly. When I called Customer Service they said it had elapsed over Christmas. No notification of renewal date was send to me, and I had ordered other items over this period, but again was not told it had run out. I was charged £6.95 for top delivery - which is next day delivery - which of course is not possible over Christmas. I emailed TJC to complain and outline the issues I had, but fobbed off - especially as they said it would go to a higher management level for a decision. There has been no response to my question. I agree that this is misrepresentation. I will not use them again. Interestingly the Managing Director of the holding company says it is important that we get customers to have "repeat purchases".
