Very bad customer service and they change the rules to suit themselves. Very quick to take your money, but very very slow to get back, if you can!!!! Buyer beware

I was a customer of TJC for five years and spent thousands of pounds on the channel/website. I can honestly say that customer service has deteriorated and I have had the misfortune of speaking to a number of rude and arrogant staff members. I am perplexed as to why any company would employ staff members who are rude to customers and obviously have no interest in promoting the Company for which they work. I would add that the standard of jewellery is now well below par and I would advise anyone reading this review to save themselves the stress of dealing with this Company and spend their money elsewhere. TJC take note your loyal customers are leaving and will not be returning. I add that this is not a staff training issue it is a staff attitude problem. I also add that my 79 year old mother was also a loyal customer and she is appalled by the service. Consequently she will not be purchasing from TJC again. TJC's motto should be "customers do not count, no service provided, management poor and staff have attitude problems".

This is my second review on this company I bid for 2 brown serenity electric blankets but I was sent 2 entirely different colours altogether . This company said that they would send out a prepaid label which I'm still waiting for the parcel was delivered on Monday the 14 / 12 /2020 it's now the 18/12/2020 and still no prepaid label it doesn't take 4 days to post and for me to receive a prepaid label I'm absolutely furious these blankets were supposed to be for my gran and grandad it look like I was right I'm going to have to send this package back at huge expense to myself or put these blankets into charity and it would seem like I'm going to have to purchase something else for my gran and grandad's Christmas . I bid for 2 serenity electric blankets I was sent the wrong colours I emailed tjc the response I received was we will send out a free returns label then the email said once they have received the returned items that I would have to phone them up to get my money refunded back to me I would have thought that the refund should happen automatically should it not that's the last time I'm ordering bedding from tjc . I also ordered pink sheet set a while ago that I didn't receive it turns out that the delivery company that tjc use just left my parcel outside my building where anyone could just steal it and they did as it happens I was at home when the said parcel was delivered and not one pressed my buzzer tjc replaced the order but that is not the point here the delivery service they choose is incompetent.

Boyfriend ordered my engagement ring over 3 weeks ago. Has contacted them 3 times. Given 3 different delivery dates. Tracking numbers don't work. Unable to sign in to account. Customer service is appalling. They refuse to let us speak to a supervisor. Questions are never answered. They just use standard replies. Promises of emails and phone calls never happen. Buyer Beware!!

I agree with the terrible service reviews. Returned high value item weeks ago, which they took pay for before it was even in stock and so I waited for delivery. I sent it back recorded delivery it was signed for and confirmed over phone as received their end next working day. I was told on 25 Nov could be 5 working days to process refund to bank. Still nothing and its 14th Dec. Every time I contact them and believe me its been multiple emails and calls, there is a different excuse for delay, first it was covid, then portal broken etc and statements of "we have escalated" "you need to wait for a call back", why exactly? .There has been no information that enlightens me on why the refund has not been processed and I have had to chase every single reply. "Give us few more days" is what I keep receiving as response from emails. Its simple, process the £400 refund as required. This company is seriously lacking, the last agent I spoke to said its always like this, we escalate emails every day and just get nothing back, it's constant. We are stuck telling customers there is just no updated information. How can that be allowed. Everyone with bad experience needs to use the ADR if get no joy.

If I could give a O ⭐️ I would...returned 2 bags after discovering I had bought items marked 'sample item not for resale' !..it turned out tjc was selling handbags that were originally given out free in stores as a purchase freebee !..I was informed the return parcel was empty despite me sending track/trace!.it was so much hassle trying to show customer service my postal recipients etc I gave up after 4 weeks..horrendous shopping experience and clearly selling goods off other companies marked as...not for resale !..

Signed up for plus delivery service.in one week,items never arrived 2 and four days,Still Waiting for 1.phoned 3 times on 3 different days.The customer services say they will send email to management,Still heard nothing from them. They are blaming Royal Mail.,but that’s no excuse,It’s this company who promised next day delivery...not royal mail.

Can you explain why all the presenters are claiming that the company could go out of business or that the prices shouldn't be at the price on screen and that the company is taking a hit on the products because of the price

Customer service is shocking!! I signed up to tjc through the phone set up my account, then signed up on there website. I was ordering thousands of pounds worth of items, I was ordering via the phone and the Web multiple times per day and then realised they were charging me £5.99 per day on both my phone account and my Web account. I phoned up to resolve the situation and was told because the lady typed my email address in wrong when I signed up so it didn't match my Web account so that was why then I was told I wouldn't get a refund for the extra £5.99 I had been paying everyday for almost 3 weeks!! I was then assured I could still use both accounts and would not be charged postage as I signed up for the tjc plus delivery service for £7.99 a month. Customer service assured me to press option 2 when I phone for an item and I won't get charged so I did this and got charged £6.99 so I phoned back again and was told I probably won't get a refund!! What kind of shocking customer service is this?! They have basically stole money out of my account and won't refund. So no I would never recommend this company and they will be getting no more of my money.

Bought a bracelet that had a stone missing. I returned it and have proof of posting on 28/09 phoned twice and been on chat line Still NO REFUND. Constantly fobbed off. So long ago l done have order number as paperwork was sent back with item

I have Always found Tjc Execlent good items good customer service never had a problem till now ordered a pair of 50 point diamond earrings they have not give me a refund ask for permission to open them was not for me put there was a earring with two tags on and one with one on phoned straight back on the 25th told the lady I was sending them back and there was only one tag on one of them made 4 call to them this week spoke to a chap called Amardeep and Alana very nice people the Supervisor was supposed to phone me never did so I have sent a email Srikant Jha and sending a personal letter to head office Monday regarding this matter as I say I have always had excellent service from them till now jean

Would have awarded no stars but you have to in order to write your review. All in all, worst experience from a tv shopping company, EVER. Ordered a signet ring and paid at check out. Wanted it resized so just after paying, as instructed, I contacted (immediately) customer services by email to resize it and instructed the size. Heard nothing that day. Got an email NEXT DAY, advising it had already been shipped! There followed an exchange of emails: they were sorry, it had already been sent. Would have to send it back again and I would be charged for resizing. I asked questions, got standard company replies, no answers to my questions. Completely useless. There was absolutely no genuine empathy or apologies. I would question the training these customer services people get. Perhaps it’s down to the poor attitude from the supervisor- retraining may be an idea for all???? I meet many people through my job on a daily basis and will be happy to pass on information of the kindness, understanding and customer support (lack of) to them. Will never ever order through this company again. And I do NOT recommend buying from them.

There is someone in the returns department that is untrustworthy as l have returned more than one item in one package and they refuse to admit it and proceed to charge me for the other items. Do not trust this company.

I recently purchased a plugin flame heater from tjc I should have done what I usually do is shop around no matter however I did found the exact same plugin flame heater on Amazon for £17.99 with free p&p next time I won't jump in with both feet I will continue to keep checking the prices out before I purchase from tjc again.

After numerous issues with faulty items, poor quality and arriving with missing stones etc, and money taken for an order that was never despatched, and then refunded after two weeks with no explanation, I had the misfortune to speak to a customer services agent who put the phone down. So I placed a review explaining how I had been treated. I was then phoned by tjc and asked if I would remove my review. I refused to remove it as it had been a stressful experience. So without any notification to myself my review was removed by a biased review platform, T........t. Tjc are not customer orientated and definitely not to be trusted.
