Ordered mask on 08/06 by phone Confirmation txt same day, 09/06 txt to say dispatched! On 18/06 I phoned to enquire on progress on parcel, to be told no sign of order, or dispatched txt? Agent was going to pass on info to manager? No contact yet, I phoned again, after finding out £9.99 (no p&p?) deducted from my account? To be informed after 20mins. on phone waiting for guy to make enquires, it was dispatched, and on the 15/06, delivery was refused, and returned? We have been in lockdown for 14 weeks, There was no notification from Royal Mail, as usual? Tesco delivered that day between 11 & 12, AND we have security cameras on front door, which can confirm, no delivery? Anyway, how can they deliver an item, they can’t find any details for on their Web site? They also say they cannot refund my money, until they receive returned item???

I ordered a gift for Fathers Day. The William Hunt Set. The box it came in was badly damaged and the gift box was damaged too. It wasn't sealed and had obviously been bought before, opened and used and sent back. I have been told to return for a refund. I now have to buy a new box to send it back, Thoroughly disgusted.

I bought a pack of the 3-ply face masks. Because I was self-isolating, and lockdown has been eased, I didn't have the opportunity to try them until a couple of days ago. From a pack of 10 only 4 have been usable!! The elastic which is meant to go round your ears has broken off from the mask, there are gaps in the fitting and, in my opinion, a substandard product. I contacted customer services who said that because the 30day time limit had expired there was nothing they could do. I explained that I hadn't left the house so couldn't know what sort of quality they were. Customer services were intractable and would not offer a refund although they said they would get someone to contact me........I'm still waiting. Certainly not a product or company I could recommend.

Partner bought me an engagement ring to replace my previous one, less than 24 hours later a, stone had fallen out and another is loose. It came with a certificate but that means nothing. Was told when I called that it can't be returned as the tag has been removed and would have to pay for repair. Disgusted ans very disappointed.

Bought two of the scarf masks they are horrible wouldn’t protect you from anything they are poorly constructed and are polyester which doesn’t allow your skin to breathe.you would be better tying an everyday neck scarf around your face. A total rip off more garbage from China. First time I have bought from this company and will certainly be the last.

Be careful about buying 'considered' purchases values. Bought a 14ct gold ring back in 2019 being assured during the auction that it was a rare gemstone, valuable, no longer being mined, so was a considered purchase price. Saw same ring earlier this year on TJC and the price dropped by £200! Very upset as that devalued my purchase, and made me wonder if I had been duped. Wrote twice now to TJC but totally ignored. Their Customer Service is non existent, no one ever gets back to you. Won't be buying from this company any time soon. And this new way of presenting makes me mad. Why have Presenters if Nitesh etc come on and turn it into a market stall auction. Let the Presenters like Mark (who know their stuff) present, and stop keep saying "look at this, look at this"

I am so sick. Bought these 3 bath towels from Egypt. Washed them in the washing machine and it totally clogged up the washing machine with fluff. I put one in the bath to see if it was still losing pile. The water was black with fluff.Black towels i didn't say. Anyway i tried to rinse them out 4 times and gave up in the end. I am so upset..Havn't bothered calling yet after seeing these reviews.

I have noticed that my sterling silver necklace which has not yet been worn, is already looking corroded, with brownish stains. I am appalled by the manner in which I have been spoken to, after speaking to the same customer service advisor twice in one day. Instead of handling the call professionally, she twice resorted in putting the phone down on me. I have been left with no resolution to the situation. I have requested to raise a formal complaint and have had no response. Needless to say, they have lost me as a customer and my family too, who have also had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their customer service team. It's so disappointing. TJC need to better train their staff who are failing to represent the company in an ethical manner.

Stop exploiting the current situation £24:99 for 100 rubber gloves ??? My niece paid £2 only I paid £6:99 for 100 top grade.black mask £4:99 each ? Just a bad quality rag no more protection than a handkerchief

Ordered a kyboe watch and spent 6.99 on postage. Needed chearing up with the corona virus going on. It arrived lovely looking watch however it does not work. Therefore I have to return at my expense and wait forever to get a replacement. Why are these items not checked before delivery. No quality control that's the problem. I've spent a fortune with tjc and I've had items that are not great and other items that are. However I'm losing faith in the company if they are not checking items before they are sent out it's not good. I have to go out now to the post office put my self at risk to return this watch before I can get another one sent out I'm furious. I will have to stop shopping with Tjc I cannot worry everytime I order something that the item will either be faulty become faulty or not work. As for customer service what a joke. Forget about email s either they never reply.

Bought a bracelet from them which broke the first time I wore it. Was told at first I could have my money back but later told they would repair it and I would have to pay. I will never buy from them again..

Horrible people, horrible service. Have been trying to get my refund money for 2 weeks now. Multiple calls and hours waiting to get through to the customer service and only got some attention when my wife posted a review. Still they had a nerve to call me, tell me that my money was refunded and asked to remove the review. Well, the money was not at my account and when I called again to complain about it, I was called aggressive and told now I would have to wait for my money until the 31/03/20!!!! I am sorry someone is lying to me here! So I am not only keeping my wife's review but I am reviewing them too. They need to learn to do what's right. I will try to post review about them wherever I can so they don't cheat any more people.

My partner bought me a Tanzanite and Diamond ring from TJC and I loved it. Unfortunately we had a lot of problems having it altered and it being delivered to the incorrect address, then after a few months the Tanzanite fell out, luckily it happened as I took it off to wash dishes, had I left it on I would have lost the stone. After all the problems we had in the first place we decided to take it to a reputable jewler who said although the stones were good the shank was inferior and probably bought in from abroad, the ring cost almost £1000 and the work to repair it almost £300. TJC would not help with the extra work costs as we introduced a third party, but at least I have a secure ring now. We will never buy a considered purchase from them again. The customer service is diabolical.

Selling for India. Would anyone with sense buy from a Asian who is selling sanitiser for the public they pay 80p at the most not even alcohol or 50 ml for £5.99 plus post ebay same only 4.99 free post come on folk do not get ripped off. Your only making these guys richer you fools.

TJC item is of very bad quality. I only wore it 3 times and the 4th time I was shocked to see that 4 stones were missing from one of the hoops. I called the contact number provided 10days ago , spoke to the telephone agent. He promised me I would get a call back for resolution . But heard nothing so far. I am really disappointed and would and asked for the refund. They asked me to send the item back for inspection although I sent them clear pictures of the item. TJC has already ripped me off and now wants me to spend more money on sending the item to be inspected. Its definitely manufacturing fault because I only wore the item 3 times only for couple of hours each time. Then i put it back in its box. I will never advise anyone to buy anything from TJC and I will give a negative feedback too everywhere regarding TJC customer service and poor quality product. I have completely lost trust in TJC. TJC is a ripoff . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TJC PRODUCTS.

SUE FARMER GIVING IT ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY, I HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM FOR TWO MONTHS NOW THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING, THEY HAVE SENT ME ITEMS I HAVE NOT ORDERED AND WHEN I ASK FOR PROOF THEY CAN NOT BUT EVEN THOUGH THEY SEND ME A RETURN LABEL THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME THE POSTAGE, I HAD TWO ITEMS SENT TO ME ON THE SAME DELIVERY BOTH WITH THE SAME CODE BUT THE PRICE WAS TWO DIFFERENT AND EVEN WHEN THEY STATED IT WAS THEIR AGENTS FAULT THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME (I HAVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION, WHICH I HAVE SENT COPIES OF ALL MY PROBLEMS VIA EMAIL AND POST TO THE MD SRIKANT I AM STILL AWAITING ANSWERS) I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND HOPE OTHERS WILL FOLLOW MY LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. PS I COULD TICK ALL OF THE BELOW EMAIL, TELEPHONE, LIVE CHAT, AND POST.

Do not, I repeat do not buy any of this jewellery, it is cheap and nasty. The stones fall out that is guaranteed, I have learn't my lesson and do not buy anymore from this tin pot company. All their presenters bang on about the brilliant quality, they are basically spouting rubbish!!!!!!

This is an appalling company which should be investigated. They lie to you, are aggressive on the phone and could not care less about the customer. When you see something that catches your attention and order the product via the phone BEWARE! If the emails they send re your order are incorrect e.g. wrong item there is nothing you can do to solve the problem. Their attitude is, it is automated, YOU pressed the buttons therefore YOU are at fault, YOU must have pressed the wrong ones. I ended up with a product I did not order in a quantity that I did not order! What makes things worse is this company is getting away with it! This is not legal and I for one am going to take this further! Wish I'd read the other reviews beforehand!!! Also wish you I could have given them a zero instead of a 1 regarding what I think of their service but that facility is NOT offered when writing this review. TJC stands for THE JEWELLERY COWBOYS!!

Have spent over £22000 over the last 4 years but like others their service now is appalling. I have contacted them on several occasions with complaints and they do not even have the courtesy to respond. I will not be shopping with them again. Poor show TJC.
