APPALLING Customer Service. In the specifics, Shane in the Budget Pay team has been plain unprofessional, condescending, contemptuous and has outright refused to escalate the issue to senior management, despite me asking him several times. I have reported the company to the regulator and have made an official complaint towards Shane. I am sure his managers will be delighted since he refused to put me through any of them when I was willing to resolve this amicably. I will never purchase from TJC ever again and the quality is very poor. The item I bought (an expensive Opatra wand), has made a crack not even after 30 days of purchase.

If only you could review a zero star. This is a scam company. DO NOT PURCHASE from TJC. My grandmother had ordered a ring. It didn’t fit so she’s sent it back with proof of postage from Royal Mail. The package arrived back at the postal address EMPTY. So either a TJC member of staff or Royal Mail have opened the package and taken the ring? TJC are now harassing my grandmother to pay the full amount for the ring again as they “haven’t received it”. They call her every day demanding the payment. The package was insured via Royal Mail.

First order for a £1500 diamond ring order no 18979521 First order for a £1500 diamond ring. Had to return for a second time as not sized correctly. I also on the advice of a jeweller requested the lack of sufficient gold holding the diamonds in place and the fact that the metal also had two small ragged pieces of gold be reviewed. Love the ring but customer service never get back and I just seen to be the one in constant contact trying to get my ring back after 6 weeks. Now can’t get someone with authority to authorise my refund as only ever one manager/supervisor on at any one time. Won’t be a repeat customer and would definitely not recommend them.

Having trouble like previous customers ordered £1300 ring for a present end August straight to resize no ring has appeared. Numerous email sent by customer service even one sent to a manager no response. No one will take responsibility for this missing ring want a refund. Think problem with things going missing in this company. Sort this out.

I recently bought a bread maker which included an ice cream maker, on tv there was an insert which you put into your freezer to garden, then put your ice cream mix in it in the machine to churn, guess what, recieved the bread maker but no ice cream insert!! Now I face a long call to call to try to get one sent out, god knows how long that will take & what is it now they have 2 presenters on together, why?? These guys are quite capable of presenting alone & I am really sick of switching on to see Tony Dumas from Brazil selling stuff out of most people’s price range, please get rid, he’s been on screen for nearly 3 weeks!! Does anyone else agree???

I've noticed when reviewing items delivered that they are smaller than shown. I've compared images and sometimes feel it's not a luje for like.

Over the last year I have spent several thousand pounds with TJC ordering mainly presents to be mailed during this pandemic. My last order of several hundred pounds was missing a £199.99 polki diamond necklace bought for my sister's up coming birthday. I telephoned customer services before the August bank holiday, they promised to discuss with supervisor and someone would cll me 1st Sept.......NO call but plenty of their advertising post thru the door! I left it alone for another week and then called customer services to cancel my account fully, they promised a supervisor/manager would call me within 24 hrs, it is now well past that time frame and NO call. I am absolutely disgusted by the customer services, not only have i lost my £199.99, not an insignificant sum of money especially in the current economy BUT worse, my special birthday present for my sister was ruined and this company could not have cared less. I will be contacting trading standards and small claims court for advice about this matter. I hasten to add this was not the first time a large order arrived with a piece of jewellery missing but because the value of that item was £5 or therabouts it was eventually replaced free of charge - a whole 'nother ball game with a 200 necklace they didn't want to deal with it or me.

I bought a dress 9ct gold three stoned ring last November I wear the ring very occasionally, noticed a stone is missing , customers service informed me today 30 day guarantee, I certainly will never shop their again ,, may I add , this us the second ring this has happened to ,

Ordered Opatra Lux Brush , watched the live programme, sounded great, ordered and tried for a couple of weeks, no difference to my hair. Returned, they are now sending it back, as it has been used. How are you supposed to try something if not to use it? Apparently because it is a beauty product, it’s non returnable under the 30 day money back guarantee , this was never mentioned in the TV! Not happy, pretty bad service

Ordered ring 2/8/20 had to be resized this was done and since 14:8/20 no one in TJC can tell me where my ring is different story each time this is a£1k ring couldn’t care less attitude

Bought 3 items of jewellery and stones fell out of all 3. I emailed but got no response only to then be told I shouldn’t have emailed and I was now outside the 30 days. A promised supervisor call never happened then I rang again and was then cut off. Poor quality items and hiding behind their “policy” disgraceful

I would give you less an 1 star if it would let me . But you are not bothered about all your customer complaints anyway I was advised by one of your advisors to send back a Donna bella heat brush .i tried one stand of hair this has not been used ! That is something completely different and you only know because i told you on the form there is NOhair ect on the brush .I rang your customer service what a waist of time! I am not surprised you have so many angry customers and bad review this is bad practice I think you should look into this and sort things out with views who have brought thing in good faith and had I thrown back in there face. I am very angry you should take a look at QVC and what they do that what you call good service and values

I ordered. What I thought was opatra lux brush £89.99..received item. The brush did not have opatra on it like the other opatra tools. Then while online seen exactly the same brush. From China. The manufacturer of the brush. £17.00 Inc delivery.. Went ahead and ordered. That is £72.00 different excluding delivery. cost. I'm not happy. Sent opatra brush back to tjc within the 30 days.. They refused the return... Now I do not trust this shopping channel.. Not good customer service.

I ordered two face masks and although they are both coming in the same parcel the postal charge is £5.98!. An exorbitant price. I have spoken to Customer Services who were extremely rude and unhelpful and totally disinterested. Please do not buy from this shabby outfit. The presenters come over as charming, but they are selling absolute rubbish.

I am so disappointed with this rope chain for 149.99 item 3583920 and extortionate postage charges of £4.99!!! This chain is hollow cheap tat! Not what the presenter described and definitely not the chain I thought I was buying! It doesn't look real, there is no weight to it for this price I could and will go to a reputable honest company and spend my cash there for something that does not resemble something from a second hand costume jewellery store!!

I will never buy another item from TJC bought a 9ct necklace in early March and never received it. Will not take emails and had to call 4 times from Ireland each call over 30 mins. Despite being assured on each occasion that I would get a refund I had to go to PayPal in mid May to force one and only received this early in June no communication from TJC no apology that’s how they treat a customer of over 10 years. Necklace cost £280 far too much to be out of pocket

I'm not dissatisfied with anything the item that tjc are selling at the moment was shingle 3 black and not pink closed toe Gola I found these exact items on Amazon for just under £23 including free delivery and tjc are selling them for £21.99 p&p is £4.99 that's £26.98 people that are watching this item really need to price check .

Last 2 times I've ordered my item hasn't arrived.No communication.ive rang customer services and they don't know what your on aboutor put you through To a different dept and thencutyou off after waiting to get through for 20 mins.Terrible service,expensive p&p.

TJC sells SANKOM Bras on their TV and internet site. On TV, they apparently say that the largest size 9XXXL) fits UK size 22, but on the Internet site it is given as UK Size 32+! This disgraceful misrepresentation has been reported to Trading Standards, and last week to ASA. If ANYTHING is not as advertised, you are entitled to cost plus P&P back, and as their Customer Service staff are SO UNWILLINGto help the customers, and correct their own faulty advertising, i recommend that you do likewise. DO NOT LET THEM OFF THE HOOK. If they misdescribed an item, they are acting illegally, so report to ASA & TRADING STANDARDS, and never forget that Customers Have Rights! If they deny you your rights, take them to court!
