I ordered my item, company took my detail and I received an email from them confirming my order. A week later still no item, so I responded to ask when I may expect information regarding my orders delivery. That was 4 days ago and I have still received no response or tracking information from them. I don't mind time, of delay shipping (within reason) but very disappointed with their lack of communication.

Order was left on hold with no contact from tjc emailed to enquire nonreply. When I phoned and was told on hold I was offered a small voucher if I completed the order, no point as anniversary had passed and i purchased elsewhere. I was also told it had been delivered on chat!!! Appalling service.

Returned 4 rings in 1 packet. Refunds given on 2 only Tried in vain to get the refund on the other 2 but they are now saying the rings weren’t in the packet?? THEY WERE!!! They don’t reply after 72 hours either.. next stop is my Bank and Trading Standards..

Packages arriving opened and taped up, orders being split into many packages, orders saying they are returned to tjc when I haven’t even received them yet and customs charges for items coming from China wen I’m ordering from Uk site and paying postage to be delivered to ireland

I am not shopping with this company again, firstly my order mysteriously vanished but the payment went to pending on my bank account, no-one seemed to be able to help me, I was promised a £5 voucher for the trouble and that never appeared either. Well done TJC!!

You messed my order up. Did not put my full address when you posted it so it got lost in the mail. And customers services was shocking when trying to sort out this problem a lot of try again later comments from your team . I will nether buy from you again

Ive bought many chains and pendants for my self and fir gifts and the majority of chains have snapped after few wears incl with diamond pendants which have been lost because of this. Ive had the 9ct gold hoops which have snapped in half as they were flimsy and took all my broken gold and sold it. I bought soo many items and because i had them in the bothom droor so was over a year id had them before i wore most pieces they would not replace. Hence id rather pay extra for quality in the shops

19th July 22. I placed an order online after seeing a TJC television presentation and I paid for the extra 2 day business postage. As I had not heard anything from yourselves on the 22nd July 22., I did a live chat only to be told that the item is due in on 31st July 22. You should have put a note on your show to inform your Customers of this delay, or you could have put it online when checking out. Just thought you should know.

Very difficult to get answers to questions once order placed. Also no email delivery updates on item ordered as stated in confirmation of order and item discounted by £200 the day after I ordered it and still not received after a week.

Presenter Mark suggested watching a clip on you tube,whether he thought it was funny or not he should NOT have suggested watching it the content was not acceptable,as i said whether it was a joke or not he should have kept it to himself,i think he should be sacked.

Some of the items I have ordered recently have not been of the quality I expected from TJC and having an issue with not delivering my first order for weeks and weeks the subsequent customer service has been appalling. All scripted nonsense and asking for further patience. The offer of a voucher as 'an apology' but could not be used on any item in the sale, that had been reduced, in the auctions etc, voucher code didn't work despite emailing multiple times, then told I have to ring an order through, to use the code, when I did it still didn't work. Just appallingly pathetic customer service.

Hello Everyone. Purchased several pieces last week. One No TAG” Two pieces differ from My Original Chosen Ones, Bracelets coming up so tiny (Child’s) Not Adults Sizes. Three says will Send Email For Posting. No such luck. Never will I purchase At “TJC”. Years have been a Customer very sad.

I never get one of my items a jewel box. I can't be bothered to call tjc when they have the worst possible customer service. They still owe me money and a few items which disappeared puff in the air.
