I have been on to Customer Services for around 6 weeks,all sound very helpful and nice.....but when they don't contact you as promised,and you contact again nobody knows what you are referring to although you have received EMAILS FROM THEM.......The company has went downhill big time,forget shoes,handbags,candles,rugs,perfume etc.......do what you do best JEWELLERY.......leave the rest to QVC who have it down to a fine art and their customer service know what they are talking about and get the problem resolved......I m so disappointed in TJC aftercare especially when I have shopped with them since the beginning,never returning anything always pleased with my purchase,yet the the onetime I have an issue it's like a cat chasing it's tail......no record,don't know what you are talking about......Would I recommend the company to anyone No No No No not after this experience,which is still not resolved......and in my honest opinion most likely won,t.........the quality of their goods has wennnnnnnnnnnt down hill so they can keep prices down,but after a certain price we as customers want quality even if it means paying more,we are not stupid we know platinum,gold and silver has gone up in price and expect to pay more......as I see it a lot of your items are cheap,nasty,market quality.......just a pity my problem was 14 ct Diamond Stud Earrings that the company doesn't give a toss about.....you bought,we sold,my problem who cares?......I do......you don,t.

Advertised a bag as being Frida Kahlo got purse too gave them to my daughter for Christmas she noticed the bag was spelt wrong as Frida Kalho. It was not cheap. Sent lots of emails to tell them that I do not want these goods and want to exercise my rights under the Consumer Rights Act never any response. the goods are either faulty or mis advertised . Very embarrassed to give my daughter such shoddy goods. I have been happy with most purchases but the customer service is appalling.

I to bought a 9ct gold bali ring which after a year the startedbreaking off leaving a black mark they woyld not do anything about it

You running a scam here selling rubbish to people.i bought a 9 carat ring which turn red after wards .I did know gold change color.they would not hear about it.or do anything .this is not gold .they they are cheating people.i will never but from them again

Well I have spent thousands of pounds with this company I have used them for over 13 years however the past 18 months the customer service and quality of goods has deteriorated dramatically I don’t think there staff in the warehouse can read it’s either that or they just don’t care and stick anything in the package Before Amet left the place ran much better but for me now it’s done I used to buy so many Christmas and Birthday gifts but no more I tend to agree they are coming across as a deceitful company and I believe it’s about time the trading standards investigate this company thoroughly

An absolute joke of costumer service the supervisor was to busy to talk to me and the girl dealing with me called Fatima hadn’t a clue.Never ever will we be buying anything from this Chanel.Would not recommend anyone to buy from tgem

I ordered an item which tjc said could be send back free if it wasn't wanted,my parcel arrived and it wasn't what I expected when I tried to send it back I realised there was a no free return I have now connected tjc 3 times for a free return slip and still nothing even though they have took payments out my bank

TJC have overcharged me by £15.00 on an advertised item. Despite providing them with the evidence they themselves requested (a screenshot of the item and price), they have not since responded to my continued requests for a refund. I have approached Paypal to assist in recovering my losses and given the poor reviews I have read (see TrustPilot) feel it my duty to approach Trading Standards.

Still waiting for my refund of postage costs from the 9th sept.Email replies are just automated and I don't think anyone actually looks at them🙄 They must be making a fortune on all these postal refunds💷💷

Zero customer service. Still waiting for 2 jewellery items. I refuse to spend any more time trying to get any satisfaction by hanging on the phone for littelry hours. Disgusting attitude, disgusting c.s and disgusting service. Do yourself a favour and use Gemporia instead. Will Never use these cowboys again.

Beware! Thieves! They stole my money! Awful customers service! Had to call TJC nine times over the past six weeks about my missing order, each time they promised to call me back after they looked into it, but they never did. E very tome I called I was given the run around. Finally after 6 weeks TJC admitted that Royal Mail tracking confirmed I did not receive the items and that RoyalMail emailed them to confirm that they themselves did not even receive the items from TJC' dispatch. So it was TJC's fault all along, they never posted the items to me but they still won't refund me my money! They claimed I would need to sign and return a declaration stating I never recieved the items, which is stupid and harassing because they know I didn't recieve them because they never sent them! But I signed the stupid declaration anyway and posted it back to TJC but they still have not refunded me! Give Me My Money Back You Thieves! Disgusted! Do not shop with this thieving company and their horrid customer service that lie constantly and won't give you your money back! Thieves!

I've ordered a few things over the last couple of weeks regrettably after saying that I would not. I paid for next day delivery and 3 days later they arrive. One item had two security tags on which made the ring feel the right size but once removed I find signs of wear scratches and the ring is loose . I will be returning, watch this space for what happens regarding that item!! The other item s are poor quality and also will be returned. I have been in touch with C.A.B about this company and if they do not adhere to the correct legal process in returned items I will take it legally further. I can confirm that the customer service is appalling. I don't know what has happened to this company but it's awful now. I've had some lovely things from them and spent a fortune but they have lost me as a customer. The last straw was them sending letters to an address that I don't live at, it was an address of a friend who bought some items through me and they sent letters to her address how disgusting is that! She no longer will be buying anymore items either. SO TJC IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT SEND MAIL TO PEOPLE S HOMES WHEN THEY ARE RECEIVING A GIFT OR BUYING THROUGH ME. IT'S INAPPROPRIATE AND SHOCKING. The more I write the more annoyed I am with this company. UNDERHAND AND SHODDY this is how this company has become.

TJC REVIEW I’m so annoyed after paying next day delivery and ordering over £8,500 plus only from my new residence not to mention my old flat.. which is a lot more worth of products I’ve ordered with this channel their customer service is a sooo horrendous to say the least.. I’m chronically ill and a couple of their advisors have been so rude and not even let me finish asking about my enquiry for the expensive products I paid for.. what snowflake generation we live in.. that the advisors are the ones being rude the customer. Not dealing professionally with a query and cutting me off for voicing my concern of not receiving my products when they say I have. That’s stealing people’s money and not giving them their goods. Their supervisor surinder doesn’t even call back even after me chasing them on the phone for a week being promised to be called back. The other thing is the advisors taking the calls are making the customers look for the order no’s for products by streaming through every email when that is their job. They don’t want to listen to you and it feels like they’re all making judgments on you by sitting on their backsides bad mouthing customers if they get frustrated and show concern for their items not being received. Disgusting behaviour to be honest.. I’m left disheartened and astonished. They don’t even put you through to a manager and so you have no one to discuss your query. They make you feel like you’ve committed a crime for speaking. They tell you’re raising your voice or being rude just to threaten you for making them investigate the query. I really don’t deserve this kind of service a a valued and loyal customer. PLEASE DON’T BE ORDER FROM THEM

Shocking is not the word for this company! I have used them for years but my most recent order experience has been atrocious. I ordered three items two of which arrived within an acceptable timeframe however nearly 30 days later the other is nowhere to be seen. This one is a very large item and could not be sent with the two smaller items. After a few weeks of not receiving the third item I called their “customer service” team which took nearly an hour on hold to get through. When I finally got through to someone they could not help but send an email to dispatch and they would get back to me. Few days past and no reply back from tjc so I called them again, this time only it only took 40 mins to get through. Again I got told they would send another email to dispatch. Yes you guessed it they did not get back to me. So I thought I would try an email. They did get back to me a day or two later to say they are busy and cannot give me any help but to call their “customer service” team!!!! I called their team again and this time it only took 15 minutes to get though and the agent said, yes you guessed it that she could not help me and she would send an email to dispatch and chase the missing item! When I questioned why this would be any different she said she would make it high priority (she basically ticked the high priority button on the email!). She then realised the tracking she has is probably for the two delivered items and not for the larger item. She also said that as there is no tracking details it is because it has not even been sent yet. I couldn’t believe they are now admitting they have not even sent it. So here we are nearly 30 days since the order was placed and I am still waiting! Items being ordered and not being delivered is how the mess auction world got into and I fear this could be happening again with people losing their money on items that do not exist or have in stock.
