Last order was supposed to be yellow diamond when they turned up they were white and when I emailed and asked for return label Told be to return and pay the postage and reminded to get insurance on the postage So for something that’s not my mistake but TJCs I’m having to pay not very good customer service

Customer care sucks big time.. Tjc dropped dpd, did NOT tell me or other customers. I'm left with returns i can't return including large,even faulty items &my money paid out for goods that whatever reason i did NOT need or want! I spent hrs on the phone trying to sort this go pushed from pillar to post & NO joy. All they need to do is come up with an option tha Thanks for NOTHING Tjc!!!!

I had ordered some items for my sons wedding. It didn’t arrive on time and still hasn’t. It will be returned. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

After having 2 items of jewellery delayed after being emailed they were shipped and payment was taken the items were not shipped as stated. 1 item was shipped 3weeks after email and 2 item told investigating now told item been lost !

as a 76 year old oap, i am expected to carry two heavy full sized fans to the post office, which is half a mile away, when the fans are being returned because they are faulty. I cannot do this so have to keep two faulty fans because tjc will not get them collected. Disgusted.

Absolutely disgraceful. An account was set up using somebody else's email address. This is potentially identify theft and a criminal offence. It was probably an error. However, despite my concerns and numerous emails, TJC has not responded. I asked that the account was deleted but receipt of an email asking me to provide a review would indicate otherwise. Still waiting TJC and your managing director will be receiving a letter.

I have been shopping with TJC for 10 + years, but unfortunately I have had some packages go missing, they were delivered to the wrong addresses, on a few occasions and I literally got no help and the member of staff I spoke was very rude and unhelpful, I'm Wheelchair bound after a very severe stroke and I was told by the staff to try my old address and ask if they had had it delivered__ I told them that I was disabled, but I was told it was my fault for changing the address? Which I hadn't, my carer offered to take me to the address, and the people living there denied having it, so I told them I would call the police because Royal mail confirmed it had been delivered there, at this point they were shouting and swearing at us, I'm quite small and very fragile and was very intimidated, as was my carer, so we turned to leave & the door opened again and they through the ring at me and a carrier bag at us as I was trying to self propel myself in my Wheelchair away from them as I do get very nervous since not being able to walk I phoned TJC and told them what had happened, but they were very uninterested and I have yet to be refunded the two payments I have already made_ so on this occasion I am very upset and will be looking elsewhere from now on, is a shame as I am a regular buyer for many years from you. I ordered a ring and was told I could re-size it up to two sizes down and two sizes up. Then received a vm a few days later telling me there would be a further charge of £20.00. Therefore I am cancelling my order. Poor service.

I bought an opal ring for my daughter for Christmas, I bought it in October. The ring was not that expensive but the quality I was shocked. The stone cracked and broke, I contacted tjc, they said there was a 30 day return date, however, the ring was faulty but they would not refund or give me a substitute ring. Very disappointing wont be buying from them again.
