Whilst I am quite happy with the products I've received from TJC, their aftersales service can only be described as truly appalling. I ordered and paid for a number of items from them back in October, but two of the items were not included in the package. I telephoned the company on two occasions, over 2 weeks apart, and both times I had to hold on for approximately an hour before my call was answered. I was then told the same thing: my items were ready for despatch and the representative promised me she would prioritise them. Neither of the items ever arrived, but it took several more phone calls and TWO MONTHS before I received a refund. It would seem that TJC are quick enough to take their customers' money, but not in any hurry to refund it if your items are not available. An extremely poor and unsatisfactory service - hardly worthy of even one star.

Over the new year I phoned tjc and was told their office was closed and they had my number and would ring back. That never happened. So I emailed them and got a reply from a member of staff who would resolve the problem for me. Never heard from him again. Unfortunately the item I was trying to contact them with was shipped. Although the item arrived the following day and is great and I still have a problem re sizing. Apart from that all other items arrived safely with no problems. So am rather reluctant to call them again so may have to return the item instead.

Awaiting order still not arrived chased with CST still no update despite acknowledgements of my complaint. Very very bad service for a C long standing customer !!!!!

Awful customer service! Tried to contact them on numerous occasions only to be ignored by them! They don’t sort issues out ! I have been waiting for an order since 29/11/21 , still haven’t received it!

Absolutely disappointed,a) with the quality of the product and b) with the extreme hassle I am having getting my refund. Every time I ring to enquire, I just get a load of rubbish and told a different thing that amounts to nothing!!! Cannot speak to anyone with any authority to report this !

Received the wrong item I ordered, customer service very poor the language barrier seams to be a problem after speaking to two different customer service I was even more confused 😐 they are unclear as to returning the package and my reordering🤦‍♀️Very frustrating. I found out about the return online without having to pay for it. I will have to contact customer service again to place a new order. 🤷‍♀️

Items are ok if received but customer service is appalling when things go wrong. Waiting over 5 weeks for an order to arrive! No decent complaints process and customer service staff clearly reading from a rehearsed script. Asked for items to be re dispatched but this was refused and no refund received either. Buy at your own risk you may lose your item and your money

I paid for a number of orders and I'm very worried that I've only received PART OF ONE ORDER ONLY....Christmas is now over...some things meant ad presents NOT ARRIVED

Rang numerous times, still not had delivery from 26th November, and only just got delivery from item's from 30th November, split order's means l have to stay home for delivery plus no conformation of when you're getting the delivery,

Still haven't received item after 10 days. No help with telephone calls couldn't answer question sent email no outcome yet. Won't be ordering again.

NO ONE EVER CONTACTS YOU BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, BY EMAIL OR BY PHONE. I WAITED TO BE CONTACTED BY THE SAME DEPARTMENT FOR 5 WEEKS AND STILL TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY THAT DEPARTMENT, I HAVE GIVEN UP BOTHERING. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. VERY POOR AFTER-SALES, VERY POOR.

I placed an order for a ring on the 19th December 2021. I waited patiently but I didn’t hear ANYTHING. I phoned to make an enquiry about my order. Very frustrated! The member of staff kept asking me when I placed the order. Even though, I did confirm my order number. I was advised to phone my bank & cancel my payment. Due to the ring pending? A few days later I received an email informing me that the ring was NOT in stock. At that stage I cancelled the order. Extremely disappointed, it was the first time, that, I have ever placed an order for jewellery. After, they messed up with NO explanation, whatsoever. It is most unlikely that I will be placing an order for jewellery in the future
