Just the way the website was laid out very easy to navigate & use. Not only that shortly after my purchase they sent me a personal message thanking me for my order a nice touch i thought in the digital age we live in these days. So thank you for that. As for the items i purchased well that was another delight. Well packed when i received them & the quality of them especially the axe.
