“Recently purchased two sets of snow shoes from Tom's Outdoors. I received incredible service - they took a lot of time with me on the phone and provided great, sensible advice about the right snow shoes for our needs. On top of that, delivery was free and speedy - they were ordered and delivered within a few days, just in time for our weekend at the snow. Will definitely be shopping at Tom's again in the future.”

“I had been looking online to purchase a women's Patagonia down jacket. However I needed to ask a few question before doing so. I called Tom's Outdoors and spoke to Kane. He was so helpful and so willing to assist with my queries. This is the second time I have needed to call to reassure myself I was purchasing the item that met my needs. “Hi I used Toms outdoors couple times , I have found Kaine and Chris help and advice outstanding , I’ve spoken two them both on phone many a time , calling from Perth Wa. Picking there Brains on gear. They have been very helpful I also received my pack in quick time. I had send one item back as was wrong size. They where very friendly and help full about return it. And help me get what I needed. , I will continue to use them in future , and recommend family and mates to use them . As there service and friendly ness is outstanding. Hard to find in today’s world.
