“Searching for clothes for an upcoming holiday I'd decided to buy a Patagonia down sweater. No issues there, a number of stores carry their range, but I wanted something other than black and Tom's not only carried a range of colours in that jacket but had a great price and extremely fast service. I'll happily use them again.”

“Knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy service. A great product range. Fantastic delivery system that takes into account the vagaries of ordering online e.g. free returns if something doesn't fit, isn't exactly what you wanted, etc. I go to Tom's Outdoors website first when looking for new gear (I live too far from Tumut to go instore unfortunately).”

“I ordered a sleeping bag, it arrived the next day in perfect condition. I have also called and spoken with the staff regarding sleeping bags and some hiking boots, the help I received was un believable, really really helpful. I will be using this store for all my outdoor gear. Great shop and service”

“I came by this business via a medical associate and I suspect a random marketing email occurring about the same time. I was getting snowed /sleeted on or just deep frozen on as I walked 500 meters from my unit to the hospital every night when on call at least twice over. I was lucky to select exactly what I needed and had it mailed to the hospitals as Im9ved from one to the other. The quality,delivery,pricing is all excellent and I have had experience with scammers too which these owner operators all relating to a Tom somehow are definitely not. Good businesses like these need to be encouraged and supported. Hell,I might even go to Tumut to check them out one day but who knows.”

“I have just bought a sleeping bag and camp mattress from Tom’s. They came up in my research as being well priced and had lots of good info re products on their website.
