“support is not available just acting as if they were there but the truth of the fact is that they waste everybody's time by going round in circles that is the only thing that they know how to do many promises that are simply not kept this is commonly known as "a lip service"only by word of mouth as nothing really gets done and oh!! another thing!!what is been advertised will never ever be in stock as they never place orders with their suppliers meaning that when an order goes through it is never acted upon that is why they play the trick of "bait and switch"because instead of passing the order through their suppliers they send whatever they have available not giving time to cancel the order for a refund(as refunds are never ever executed in the first place)that is why refunds never appear back in the customer's bank accounts(they are very quick to take the payment)once they take the payment this is where problems begin one on top of the other with no means to resolve anything”
“The prices in this shop are fine, but the warranty or refund are tricky, the support are not much for customer, they offer funny price refund, like i got small refund, and after i saw that all 3pcs of products have the same fault, they just start to ignore, and totally doesn't care about customer. To get invoice its also hard job, they send it totally wrong, with different date and products. So im sad that they doesn't respect customers and can't solve anything right. And even ask to leave positive feedback for 3usd coupon... I can't do that till you not satisfy customers. And trick them with low refund amount, and ignore them. And it happen again, i got 5 lawn mowers which 2 of them have problem with batteries, and one with charger, they offer 12USD refund, instead send the replacement parts. For one i paid 44USD, so its totally funny and awfull.”
