“Tomtop is fraudulent seller don't buy anything from this 3rd rate fly by night operator.
Original order BA21F04M0441-U2PKBV was canceled by TomTop as Apple did not authorize the transaction
As the previous order was canceled I placed a new order BA21F04M1144-SUCC1H which was authorized and the item got shipped.
Out of the blue TomTop reauthorized BA21F04M0441-U2PKBVand sent me an email that a new order has been placed which I did not. I immediately emailed TomTop support to cancel this duplicate order for which I was told to wait till the item arrives to be returned as it can be canceled at this time. After the duplicated item was delivered TomTop went back on its promise and wants me to pay for the return shipping or keep the item which I believe is not the right thing to do, as I did place this duplicate order.”
“Warning, sells fakes (Arctic Air advertised and requested x 2), sent another flimsy brand, one wouldnt work, P touch labelled Artic Air LOL! Much comunication re disatisfaction on my part. I could return at my expense - what a joke. I did report to NZ Commerce commision but not action evident”

Product descriptions are misleading. Received my product and was not happy, asked customer service how I can log a return and get a refund they said the item was too cheap (£20) to return and I must keep it. With attitude like that towards customers, I won't be buying again.”
