Original order BA21F04M0441-U2PKBV was canceled by TomTop as Apple did not authorize the transaction
As the previous order was canceled I placed a new order BA21F04M1144-SUCC1H which was authorized and the item got shipped.
Out of the blue TomTop reauthorized BA21F04M0441-U2PKBVand sent me an email that a new order has been placed which I did not. I immediately emailed TomTop support to cancel this duplicate order for which I was told to wait till the item arrives to be returned as it can be canceled at this time. After the duplicated item was delivered TomTop went back on its promise and wants me to pay for the return shipping or keep the item which I believe is not the right thing to do, as I did place this duplicate order.”
