“First I was sent the wrong part. Then I had to pay shipping both ways plus a 10% restocking fee. Add to that horrible customer service and a rude argumentative rep (Tyler) who basically accused my of lying when I explained why there web site had the wrong part listed. List one customer. There are so much better places to get the same parts.”

Hi there- I remember your order specifically. You have a 2012 Power Wagon that you ordered front axle shaft U-joints for. We shipped you exactly what you ordered. When you got them you contacted us claiming they were not the correct size. We ran the numbers and cross checked your VIN, and determined they are correct for YOUR specific truck and all other Ram 2500/3500 trucks of that era. We did not ship you the wrong parts at all, and we do not list the wrong parts on that page. If a previous owner swapped the front axle from an older pickup, you should have ordered the correct U-joint for that axle. We are not liable for wrong parts purchased for a Johnny Cash Custom which is outlined in our Return Policy. Had the incorrect part in fact been listed, we would have taken full responsibility. We even asked you have your local dealer screenshot what joints THEY were able to pull up for your VIN (since we must be wrong, of course), but we received no reply. Bottom line is we determined parts were listed correct for you application AND VIN, so we followed our return procedures to the letter. No RAM produced after 2010 used the smaller joints that we have been able to determine, nor would they have been tooled up to do so. -Jesse, Owner.

“I ordered 4 hub gaskets and 1 hub spacer,I received a call to tell me the spacer was a different bolt circle then the gaskets. I told him not to send the spacer. And that I was working on a 1957 power wagon with a Dana 44f. He didn’t ship the spacer and sent the gaskets. When the gaskets arrived they were the wrong size so I had to make some. I never received a credit on the spacer. I ended up paying 54.00 for a spacer I never received and four gaskets that didn’t fit. You hit my PayPal account for the money. Not very impressive Mike Stephens”

Hi there, seems there was some miscommunication from my instruction here. The 4 steel gaskets ARE correct for your truck, the 4 paper gaskets you ordered were not. Our apologies, good help is hard to find when people get paid more to sit at home all day... As far as a spacer, I don't see that on your order. -Jesse

“Couldn’t find a spring retainer for a dana 44 hub, Torque King 4 x 4 had the parts in stock. After a quick discussion with the owner I found out Torque King was stamping the parts since no one else was manufacturing them! Everyone else wanted you to buy the entire hub assembly instead. I will definitely be using these guys in the future!”
