“Everything was fine, however, the CD case was broken Beyond repair causing scratching on the Paper insert. Maybe they could use something stronger than cardboard to ship the CD maybe plastic. For the price you like to have something that not broken or scratched that you cannot read. The CD works great and I am very happy with it.”

“Well I have ordered a boot and two clamps that is different part numbers because one clamp needs to be smaller. One clamp is also $3 more than the other. Ordered the parts two months ago so that I have them when needed. The parts show and all I did was look that that part numbers match what I ordered and stored it in garage. Well today I want to install the boot and clamps, hmm, wouldn't you know that the clamps are the exact same size with the exact number stamped on the clamps. 48.5 So no 40 mm clamp. What type of quality control do have so mistake like this is possible?”
