“Torque King~ These guys know their stuff. Sure I can search Amazon for Timken Bearings, but these guys have the professional expertise and advise. I always learn from their web site. Takes all confusion out of play and no returning stuff waiting on parts. I highly recommend this outfit, great service, very quick delivery.”

“Ordered the tool that came up for my vehicle and it turned out to be the wrong one. They say I have to pay return shipping as well as buy the right tool. I figured It could be switched out for the right one since I didn't use this one, and it's the one the website came up with for my vehicle, there for they sent me the incorrect tool. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Waste of time and money.”

Hi there - Trying not to sound rude but you need to read the descriptions better. There were many tools that would have popped up for your vehicle, but you need to be aware of which axle you have. The most common mistake with our tool ordering is a customer assuming they have the beefier Dana 60 front axle, when in fact they have a Dana 50 or Dana 44 (depending on years). For the tool you ordered, the website would have given you both Dana 50 and 60 options. You chose the Dana 60 tool which is incorrect for your specific axle. We did not send you anything except what you ordered. It could have been exchanged, and as per our returns policy you would have had to pay for shipping in both directions. If you needed it quickly then you needed to purchase the replacement for immediate shipping and return the incorrect one at your convenience. Had we listed only 1 tool that was incorrect, or in fact sent the wrong tool, we would have taken care of it immediately and spared no expense in doing it.
