“Great tools at a great price.rexiced tool on time but it wasn't the right tool I needed. I needed the tool to install the outer seal between shift actuator and the outer axle on the passenger side of a 2000 dodge. But it was my bad for not making sure I ordered correctly.”

“2 day shipping was offered but not accomplished. My part took 4 days to arrive, but potentially could have taken 3 days if my part was given to fedex quickly (it wasn’t shipped by torqueking until 1pm the day after being ordered). They did not choose to refund the price I paid for the shipping. Personally, I don’t think a business should offer 2 day shipping if it can’t complete it. I was otherwise pleased with communication and the piece I received. Exactly what I needed and very friendly service.”

The order was placed on a Sunday (TK isn't open) and shipped the following business day as promised/ordered, time of day it leaves our facility will not increase the speed. FedEx dropped the ball and delivered the following Thursday. So you are correct, FedEx should not offer 2-day shipping if they can't complete it during the holidays. FedEx and UPS both suspended 2-day guarantees since the pandemic started and the next day guarantees during the holidays.

“Seal Kit was exactly what I was looking for, since Dodge does not offer a seal kit for their 4x4 pickups! they only sale the full yoke with seals and charge over $200 for it. Will be contacting Torque King 4x4 for future meeds on my Dodges! Thanks!”
