“I tend to drive “outdated” vehicles, and with the parts stores not stocking any of the good stuff or staff looking at me cluelessly when i inquire about a simple seal, bearing or Ujoint torque king 4x4 is a Diamond in the rough. Extremely pleased with all parts and services they offer. Do yourself a favor and just get the hood stuff from torque king 4x4!”

“I went with summit racing for the wheel study’s they said they were on back order and would be 3 weeks to get in, well when they arrived they were the wrong ones. I then placed the order with torque Kind 4x4 and not only where they the rite parts but they came to my door 12 hours later, less than half a day. Thank you very much, you will be my first choice from now on. Thanks again 👍”

“I chose Torque King for my purchase because of the exploded parts view of a dana 50. That is awesome!! However, I think Torque King would improve the customer's experience if there was more communication when orders were delayed due to backordered parts. I did not find out that I had some parts that were backordered until after my order was placed.”

“So far, this purchase has been terrible. I placed the order on the 19th, and immediately received an email stating "Our warehouse staff are already processing your order(aren't we prompt!), it cannot be changed or canceled." Earlier this week I clicked on the "Contact Us" link on your website and inquired about the status. I never heard back. Yesterday I called and spoke to a lady there (I believe her name was Randy) and asked. She put me on hold for a few minutes and came back and said some gaskets were missing. She said her boss was going to be in very soon and she would check with him and call me back. I have yet to hear back from her. I just want my parts so I can finish up this project. Please LOOK INTO THIS.”

“Great company. Quality products. Bought a ball joint remover/installer for my 3/4 ton dodge and it is super beefy. Should have no problems get my ball joints done. Was missing a part of my and contacted torque king and they were on it. Received my part in a couple days. Would definitely use buy here again”
