I phoned in the order for specific bolts and received the wrong bolts. I called in my concern and was advised I would be contacted and never received a call. I called back to readdress my concern and was told I would be contacted via email and did not receive anything. It’s been frustrating working with your company, staff members not able to help me over the phone and always advised someone else would get back to me. I have been wanting a refund for the last month and hopefully I will finally get a favorable response.

Hi there, I am not sure what happened but I was just notified of this today. With the increase of online orders due to the virus, some things have not been handled correctly due to us trying to fulfill orders in a timely manner. I believe one issue is you waiting on a return label, I have made an immediate change in our procedures to prevent further issues. You should now have a prepaid label in your inbox. Some of the other communication issues we are aware of and are slowly rolling out changes as best we can. Our goal is to have all communication issues ironed out by August by implementing more trained staff as well as more hardware/ software solutions that will support messaging internally.

You shouldn’t be able to order something you don’t have in stock I was in bad need of these parts and decided out of everone to go with torque King 4x4.. 4 days later I called bc I was never sent any details on the shipping of my order... well that’s bc it wasn’t in stock and never shopped... here it is 10 days later and still nothing about shipping and no product in hand... I will never use your company again. Where is my parts or money?

Paid for 2 day shipping and took 4 to be delivered, just to be told I’m out of luck. I’ll be sure to shop around more next time.

Hi there, I understand your frustrations, however the shipping companies have put a temporary waiver on delivery commitments due to Coronavirus. That means even if it was a next day shipment, they can delay delivery indefinitely or return the package to the sender for any reason and not be held liable. This includes every package shipped via UPS or FedEx from any business to any customer. The best we can do is ship it on schedule, which in your case it did go out on the truck the same day you ordered it. Once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands.

I bought 5 "front output nut and washer set for gm np205 & np203 qk2040" for the front output on an np205. The nut appears to be fine but the "hardened washer" is simply a 3/4" grade 8 washer. It is barely big enough to cover the splines and land about 1/32" on the face of the flange. It sits off set on the shaft as well because the hole in the washer far bigger than necessary. The only person this was any good for was Torque King. I feel ripped off. Just go to a fastener store and get it all for 1/10th the price.

Hi there, I see you ordered 2 different kinds of NP435 bearing retainers. I went over the notes of the salesman who sold you the second one, and I see he informed you that it probably wouldn't fit your application, to which you responded you wanted to try it anyway. We cant send you the correct part if you are unsure of what you have... -Jesse

Ordered a boot for my driveshaft slip joint. It was packaged with the label torn off so the part number could not be verified. Surprise surprise it was too big. After several phone calls and emails I was able to get a response to return the item. The rep was very reluctant to admit they sent me the wrong part, even worded it to try to blame it on me somehow. I sent it back on my dollar and had to call 2 weeks after they received it because there was no refund showing up. Still no refund, had to end up having my credit card co dispute the charge. I understand we are in a pandemic but goodness.

I rated it poor cause I ordered on 5/1/2020 and it shipped out on 5/5/2020. It is 5/16/2020 and I still do not have it. Called last week and women said they were busy that they would call me back. Got call next day and they left message to call them back, what!? So I call back and lady says person isnt available and will call me back so I had to tell her if he calls back and gets my voice mail could he please just tell me were my order is instead of playing phone tag. So I end up calling next day myself and getting the guy. He says my order is lost on the ups truck and does not know were it is and that UPS will call them in about 3 days and they then will contact me. Said they will refund me and I can order again. I have been looking forward to get the parts and looking for it every day. My truck has been sitting for so long because I dnt have the parts. I would like to receive parts so I can drive my truck. Be nice to be rewarded something for my compensation.

C est la première fois et la dernière que fait affaire avec vous car il ya des frais caché avec la livraison. En plus le temps livraison est trop longs, ups c est pourrie pour le délais depasser de beaucoup,plus de 15 jours pour recevoir la livraison.

In picture it shows 2 of them for that price I could of got 2 for 20:dollars more some place else thanks for misrepresentation of products now I will have to take business elsewhere to get other side

Order was in US dollars, which it didn’t tell me in checkout. Shipping price was high. And then I was charged Duty when it arrived. So on an order that was $109 advertised I paid $207.44 + $18 duty= $225.44.CAD And I had waited for shipping. I could have spent $50 less and bought locally and got it immediately. My mistake. Product was good

Hi There! your order was shipped via the requested carrier about 12 hours after being placed, and is currently in transit to you. USPS is certainly not known for speed... There is active scans so we know it hasn't been lost in transit.

I have called twice, sent two emails to get a return number for the wrong part so i can send it back. I will send it in the mail this week with a letter for a refund. I was going to ask if you can help locate the correct part but i dont want that now. Joe Madrigal 928-276-5088

Seem to be good quality, but I Don’t know if they are different specs but these do not fit my 3500 1 ton. They are very much smaller then the ones I currently have on

Hi there, looks like your package was delivered on the 16th, and delivery was held up on the 7th because the driver was unable to collect applicable import Duties/Taxes/Fees at time of delivery.

With no free returns and a stocking fee makes this a website i will not use again. XDP offers more parts, free returns, and no restock fee. And thats just the first one i looked into after finally getting ahold of TKs support line. Would not recommend.
