“first I did order QT1029.. my seal is not fitting to this QT1029... dang it so i order QT1002... now my seal is fitting to QT1002... it made me happy but i keep QT1029 anyway... thanks...”

“I called twerking and inquired about the parts for my truck as far as being in stock and was told that each and every one of the parts were in stock and would be shipped right away so I ordered them only to find out 3 days later that they weren't in stock and that it eventually took about a week and a half going on two weeks to get my parts when I called about them they told me they had no way of telling if they were in stock or not had I known this I would have possibly ordered them somewhere else to get my truck going”

“They had the parts I needed and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time, though not exactly when they were supposed to, but I suspect that was an issue with USPS not Torque King 4X4. I would certainly recommend them and make future purchased from them.”

“Not sure if I ordered the wrong seal kit or if wrong seals were sent but the wrong seals showed up. I called 2 times and on the second time they told me to send an email with a picture of what I received and still no reply. I ended up buying seals from someone else but I did use the installer. I don't think I will be buying from you company again.”

“TORQUE KING'S SERVICE IS 2ND TO None. However, their hardware does have a hefty mark-up. I was able to find the same bolts from another vendor that I purchased for $4.00 apiece from that vendor compared to the $10.00 piece I was charged by Torque King.”

“I was un familiar with truck and ordered the wrong parts. Tyler in customer service was able to find where I went wrong and get the correct parts on the way. Been a great experience and definitely will be ordering more and referring others as well. 1991 Dodge W250”

“Placed my order and got a conformation. Since then I've not heard anything about shipment tracking number? I did receive an email saying a part was not in stock. When I asked to have it removed I still have not heard back.”
