“You're seal installation tool worked perfectly, once I used the factory seals .I wasted 2 after market seals.I should have done some reading on your website, it said it only worked with factor seals .I called your company and ordered the correct seals.I felt like a fool for not reading before hand.You're company saved me slot of money on the seals.I could not find them anywhere in Indianapolis, but the dealer.Thank you for everything. “Customer service was good, order took much longer to ship than it should have, about half a month, however mistakes happen, i get it. The product though, part of the locking assembly snapped when i tightened the bolt, not that much force, had to reinforce quite a bit of it with some welding, very cheap metal. Then one of the bushings ripped all the way through just from being pushed into the hole with my finger, i checked for burrs but the metal was smooth. For the Amazon version that was about 1/4 the cost id expect this, but not for that price tag i paid.”

“These folks know there business, period. It’s pretty amazing when you’re rebuilding your NP205 transfer case, and the replacement needle bearing is of higher quality than the oem one you just took out. They also pick up the phone and answer your questions. That’s why I keep going back.”
