“Customer service was good, order took much longer to ship than it should have, about half a month, however mistakes happen, i get it. The product though, part of the locking assembly snapped when i tightened the bolt, not that much force, had to reinforce quite a bit of it with some welding, very cheap metal. Then one of the bushings ripped all the way through just from being pushed into the hole with my finger, i checked for burrs but the metal was smooth. For the Amazon version that was about 1/4 the cost id expect this, but not for that price tag i paid.”

“The price is a good bit stiff but they were the only place that knew my 2001 f350 has a dana 50 after 20 years. My only complaint so far is there is no edge for my dust seal”

“These folks know there business, period. It’s pretty amazing when you’re rebuilding your NP205 transfer case, and the replacement needle bearing is of higher quality than the oem one you just took out. They also pick up the phone and answer your questions. That’s why I keep going back.”
