“my order was placed with Brandon for an overnight delivery. He assured me that it would be picked up in the morning and delivered the next day. I was suprised at this because Thanksgiving was the next day. Anyway, i PAID THE $50 for the "overnight", and didn't see the package until 6 days later. I had already taken the transfer case apart, so I was without my truck for those 6 days. VERY inconvienent. Robert Lemay”

“The item was guaranteed for delivery on 12/03/2020 and I still have not received the item, why the delay on the delivery. I the tracking says that is was in minnesota yesterday but no further update is supplied...”

Hi- I don't know where you read a "guaranteed delivery", but it wasn't on our site. We shipped via the method you requested, but I have no control over how long the carrier takes to deliver. Our site specifies ESTIMATED shipping and delivery days. Nothing in life is guaranteed except death and taxes...
