“Quality products. Website is a wonderful resource! Label created to actual pickup was longer than expected. From pickup to delivery was shorter. Arrival date was changed multiple times. Shipping prices seemed elevated. Packaged well.”

“Your customer service tech took my order for a spindle for my Ford hi boy, turned me on to a path forward for rebuilding my transfer case, and helped me locate a part you folks don't carry. It doesn't get any better than that. My spindle showed up in AZ about 5 days later. Terrific!”

“Great and unique product, but they charged me outrageous shipping for a small part. I ship small objects for my own business so I know what it costs to ship things. I even asked before I purchased if there was an error in their shipping weight for calculations and they gave me a vague BS answer. They charged me over $17 for a flat rate shipping envelope through the post office that is ~$9. Quoted UPS prices were also at least double what it actually would have been to ship the part. I see it as trying to profit a little extra out of the customer. I won't buy from you again unless I absolutely have to because of the gouging on the shipping.”

im sorry that you feel that way, but the shipping charge includes packaging and labor, maybe you have heard of shipping & handling???

“PLACED AN ORDER MARCH 30TH STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL ABOUT SHIPPING THE ITEMS. I'VE CALLED TWICE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ALWAYS TELL ME THEY WILL GO IN THE BACK AND FIND OUT AND CALL BACK. NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.”

“I am very unsatisfied, if I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two hub spindle nuts with keyways. once I received the product the keyways were not included. I contacted the phone number on the included business card and was sent out two keyways. One nut and keyway were correct, the second keyway was not working regardless of what the mechanic did to get it to work. I contacted TK back again and was told they were out of stock, but another one would be sent out as soon as they came in. A short time later I received an email asking me to send a photo. By this point, the mechanic had moved on to other jobs and one was not available. I did email specifics back to state why the keyway was not working. It has been over a week since and I have not heard back from this company. I won't use their services again. Complete waste of my time.”
