“very slow on getting parts, communication is bad, was missing a part when order did arrive, been almost a month and still haven't received missing part. don't expect to get it so looks like I will locally source the part.”

“Placed this order early on Mon. March 22, received e-mail at 6:20 AM stating that warehouse staff was already processing order. E-mail at 11:55 AM on Wed. March 24 saying order was shipped. Two and one half days to process a single part order??? Had not received package as of Saturday March 27. Unimpressed.”

“This is my second time ordering from torque king and this time wasn’t all that great. I had to wait 10days for parts on back order after it said it was in stock then during assembly of my axle bearings I discovered the seal was damaged. I emailed torque king and haven’t heard back so I’m giving 2 stars for lack of QC in the product”

“I don't have much to say, I placed my order on Friday, so I don't think anything happened with it over the weekend, so come Monday it left Montana bound for my home in Kentucky. It arrived via FedEx undamaged on Thursday. So 4 days travel time. The order was correct, so thank you thank you Torque King 4x4. Jimmie”
