“At first I bought washers and a o ring… Something could have put in an envelope with two stamps. But the guy that responded to my email said it is what it is and shipping was outrageous… so added a shirt to try and make up for the weight.. terrible customer service”

we have tried just throwing things in an envelope and they never ever made it, the problem is that USPS uses sorting machines for letters and sometimes the letter is a little thick and it rips open or catches on the part and rips it out, not work reshipping parts all the time, it costs US money to reship. (Free Shipping Over $300)

“These guys are great. Top quality products and a great resource if you have questions during your project. I just rebuilt the rear end in my truck (first one I have done) and these guys were great about answering my questions along the way.
