“Torque king put the wrong address on the package.!They shipped USPS,,but then put the physical address on package...$67.00 shipping ,N it gets sent back because of insufficient address,,,Hmmmmm,,Nuts.!Mahes no sense Y you would do that.?!!”

Bob, You provided your physical address to the salesman for the shipping address knowing that it was being delivered via USPS... as you stated: Hmmmmm,,Nuts.!Mahes no sense Y you would do that.?!! Package was reshipped and delivered. -TW

“Though i haven't received my steering linkages yet, it was an easy and quick experience getting them, im 21 and have always loved old cars and trucks, i have a 1996 ford f250 powerstroke with the 5 speed manual and while it needs a lot of tlc and over all work, it still gets up to highway speeds, Torque king helped me understand the dana 50 ttb better and also has all the parts i need for this expansive project. Thanks guys!”

“i ordered a part not seeing that the release date was not for another month. i relooked at the site again and realized my mistake , my truck is on the rack at a shop and now i have a huge problem. turns out i ordered again finding they had the part used , overnighted it, now i have a double order. called next morning , explained my dilemma and they fixed the non available parts charge and the used one i needed to get this truck moving arrived within 24 hours.thank you for help!”

“I received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. It actually arrived a day earlier than expected. Good price. The only problem that I had with my gasket order was packaging--my gasket was a little smashed in a few spots due to the usps rough handling. I don't think it will affect the gaskets sealing ability being its has to be tightened anyway.”
