“Giving 3 stars because they actually had the parts I need. Just took forever to get. Once i finally got my parts it was fine. Selected PRIORITY MAIL for shipping. Didn’t even ship till 2 full days after I placed my order. Then took over a week to arrive. Thought selecting priority for $14 extra dollars would e got it here faster than a week plus.”

“Three weeks, Still dont have parts..... Thought parts were in Billings when ordered (on line). Had to call store to get status on order. Learned that you were waiting on one of the parts. Finally recieved 1 message roughly 2 weeks after purchase stating both parts have shipped (from Florida). Your on-line purchasing system could use some work. No availability / shipping info.”

“The gasket I ordered was not correct. I needed the gasket for 2013 Ram 25-3500 fwd disconnect/ actuator cover. I received a cork gasket that is completely different. Not sure if I ordered the incorrect part or it is listed incorrectly. Would like to return so it could be of some use to someone.”
