“WHEN WE ORDERED THE PARTS WE NEEDED, THE SERVICE WAS PERFECT. AFTERWARD, IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. NO ONE COULD GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR ALMOST A WEEK. FINALLY WHEN I DID GET A TRACKING NUMBER IT WAS NOT TO MY ORDER. NO ONE COULD GET ME THE INFO WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. NO ONE WOULD CALL OR EMAIL LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD, I KEPT HAVING TO REACH OUT. AND WHEN I DID REACH OUT I WAS ALWAYS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH SAID INFO BUT AGAIN NO ONE WOULD EVER CALL BACK. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN”

“I had to wait another 3 weeks to start putting my trans back together because y’all don’t know how To package gears so they don’t get damaged not sure about the quality of the gears being they should be able to withstand clunking around together in a box with out being damaged beyond being able to use them”
