“the price was the cheapest out of three other places that i checked. one place was only a couple dollars higher but since i've never done any business with any of them i naturally went with the lowest price. and although i've been a Kentucky resident for 20 years now, i was born and raised in the Great Pacific Northwest, which this fire place provider was in Washington State, close enough :) Joshua was the person that helped me and took the order. the glass was cut to a perfect fit and delivered within three to four days! I will use Woodstove Fireplace Glass for my future woodstove/fireplace needs. thanks Josh ;)”

Michael sounds like the glass is not sealed properly. I see that a new gasket was not ordered. This is most likely the issue.

“You sent me the wrong size door glass so now I need the take the one you sent to a glass shop and try and get it cut down to fit Not a good thing after that first review it was corrected immediately fast replacement that fit perfectly well handled”
