“you let us down. we really needed the fireproof glass to pass the inspection and ordered delivery from you the next day air. it should have been delivered today but for some reason it is still not there. the tracking package says that it will be delivered on Monday at the end of the day, but we have an inspection on Monday morning. and because of you, we will fail the inspection. thanks for the non-responsibility”

Muhammad, sorry for your disappointment. You ordered the glass on Friday afternoon. We did get it out on Friday and shipped it next day. however ups does not guarantee next day Saturday in your area. They go by business or "working days" There is really nothing else we can do about. This is from the ups web site "UPS Next Day Air offers guaranteed next business day delivery. ... Any packages not delivered by the set date are eligible for a refund." hope you now have a better understanding on the shipping companies policies

“I bought the glass as a spare part. It came safely packed, and it came promptly. Had my old glass been broken your business would have saved me days of heartburn. We get a big fraction of our winter heat from our stove. Your advice about hand the tightening of the screws is appreciated will be observed. Matt Hannon”
