Correct, for custom sized tempered glass we cannot accept returns. This is because once tempered glass is made, it cannot be recut. Please see the product description and our terms & conditions before ordering a custom size piece of glass. However we understand mistakes are made so we do offer a courtesy one time half off replacement.

“Even though shipped 2 days I got it in one day. The glass is very well packed in good foam padding and strips. Packed tightly in the box it was very secure and I relaxed as I had been a bit nervous of glass shipping and arrived broken. They also sent more than enough gasket tape to put around the edge of the glass and fold over. That’s extra but worth it as is watching a YouTube video before installing”

“Great product (Ceramic glass), competitive price, cut to my specifications precisely, and was shipped the same day I ordered it (and received a couple of days later), but what blew me away was how well it was packed and crated. An earthquake probably would not have broken that glass. I had a gas fireplace glass front crack and break from the heat (after 25 years), and I struggled with whether to replace it with Ceramic or Tempered glass. Glad I made the Ceramic glass decision and never have to worry about the heat or stability of the glass front.”
