“New piece of glass from you guys fits great. The piece I purchased a couple of years ago never fit correctly, it was to large and the door always closed under pressure which probably caused it to break. The new one is much better.”

“I ordered a replacement gasket for my stove. The one I received was undersized and the stove acts like the draft is open all of the time. Gee whiz, I thought you guys knew what you were doing. This isn't rocket science.”

“I am extremely pleased with the service of this company! I received my new glass and gasket very quickly and when I needed more gasket, that came extremely quickly, too. The gentlemen who assisted me were kind and considerate and understood my frustration at finding exactly what I needed. I will happily refer friends and other wood stove owners to Woodstove Fireplace Glass and it will be my go-to place if I need repairs in the future!!”

You ordered a 5/8" rope gasket seal which is for a door. You did not order a glass gasket. If you need a glass tape gasket then you have to order that with your glass.
