“I stumbled upon td by accident ive been doing body work for sixty years im retired had to get out because of health reasons I started on model cars when I was 8 years old with spray cans I cant believe im painting real cars with td products you also can do it tips ; get one of those grip handles It makes you think you have a spray gun in your hands wear a good mask wear rubber gloves be patient James precopia”

“First, the color match is spot on. Much better than the OEM paint I had previously bought. The USPS had lost my purchase and Touchupdirect promptly sent a replacement via Priority Mail. After receiving the replacement USPS found the original shipment. So I had two. But Touchupdirect said to keep both. Great Customer Service.”

“Sometimes it take a failure of the process to show the positive aspects of a company. One of the paint bottles was leaking during shipment. When it arrived I contacted the company through the email path. Without hesitation they respinse was sent to me and a replacement order was on its way to me. They did not question me or ask for details beyond what I sent them. I offered to send a photo but that clearly was not needed. I would like to thank the group responsible for customer satisfaction. You guys really know how to support your organization.”

“I had a hell of a time trying to find an aerosol spray kit that matched my car. Came across touchupdirect and gave it a shot. This review is not about their product however, although that was very good. I wanted to give praise to their customer service. I am FAR from a professional or even experienced when it comes to touching up or repairing damaged paint. My new car got “gently” rear ended and had some small scratches and dings. My 1st attempt at fixing it went poorly because I’m a dope who can’t read directions. I mixed up the base coat and mid coat for my tri color paint. By the time I’d figured out what I was doing wrong it was too late. I called customer service and was helped by a young woman named “Sam.” I explained the situation and not only did she send me a couple new cans of paint for no charge, but she explained to me how to remove the paint I’d applied incorrectly and gave me tips on how to reapply. People usually only contact management or bosses to complain, but I sincerely hope they read this review and show their appreciation to this customer service person, because they’ve earned you a customer for life!”
