Placed my order Ref 71808 on 10th Feb 23 for next day delivery, order still shows pending. Have sent 3 emails through my account and not yet had a respond as of 16th Feb, yet the money was taken from my bank account in the 10th Feb 23. My worst customer experience ever.

Here at Tower we always revisit our customers comments as part of our Continuous Improvement Strategy. Having reviewed all of your communications I can see due to the high demand for the product you ordered - this was temporarily Out Of Stock. Upon receipt of your messages we did provide an acknowledgement of your messages as well as confirming the expected time when we would respond. I was pleased to see that one of our Customer Services Team has spoken to you and managed your expectations as to the delivery of your product. Sadly the second airfryer was sent back today. I really liked the oven but after 3 months the touch pad on first would not work. The second ( replacement) one arrived and the touch pad was not working at all. I have ordered a new one but different make.

Tower 3L manual airfrier. Seems to have burnt out after 3 months use. Only used to cook vegetables. Not a fuse on plug issue.

The right basket doesnt fit in properly and is awkward to insert into the housing. The left one is perfect!

We are extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with the tower airfryer . We bought it by the end of october 2022 and started to use it in December. It is leaking steam on the side of the tray making it a way less energy and time efficient. I’ve tried to upload a video for clarification but it won’t let me submit a review with the video Do not recommend it .

I have been trying to contact you all week you do not take calls and say email. No-one comes back k on email one sent daily. Sent message on messenger no one comes back. I had a product delivered which has a fault and need rectifying. Someone needs to come back to me by return

I purchased an air fryer one basket less than a year ago. Unfortunately no receipt. However the automatic cut of failed when I opened the drawer the machine then went on and smoke started to come out from bottom of machine and flames. I contacted Tower who only directed me back to the shop i purchased it. They took no responsibility for my safety concerns which could have caused a house fire. They took no concern for the fact that I am now left out of pocket and without a machine. Very disapointed in tbe company.

Recently bought the aero crisper. The clasp what holds it shut does not work, it's not even close, very poor quality. I emailed 7 days ago and still no answer of customer service... obviously no customer service...

sorry to say this but have purchased two 3 lt airfryers and both have gone wrong the last one only lasted a month both items with the same fault do not come on when tray put in timer on heat switch on 180 outcome nothing now had to buy the 4lt as this was the only one argos had i am keeping finger crossed that this lasts a bit longer

It's been over 2 months we have been without a microwave we have sent all relevant documents you required and still waiting for a response I think your after sails as far as warrantee and customer care is non-existent this is our second microwave in 3 years from your company we had similar problems on our first purchase you only have to look back on our dozen and dozens of email to research this we are old age pensioners and cannot afford to keep buying microwave I think the way this as been handle is disgusting and will be leaving these comments on tower reviews warning other potential customers of the problem we have and think twice before purchasing a TOWER PRODUCTS.

Bought one 3 days ago. Leaked. Returned. Seen a different model and decided to give it a second chance. Same story. The whole idea with 2-in-1 would be great, if not the leaks. The only temperature when it doesn't leak it is °°°, while only cotton can be ironed. °° leaks, not to even mention ° when pours. What is the point of having this iron just to be able to iron bedsheets? Most of shirts, and different fabrics from cotton need to be ironed in lower temperatures. It all does not make any sense to me. There won't be a third chance as it seems to be main issue with all Tower irons. So disappointing

I had recently bought an airfryer from Tower, at Asda. I have used it frequently over the past 1-2 months, I went to do lunch today, and the handle has completely come off in my hand. I have tried to contact their number but no one answers, just an automated message. I am not happy.

terrible product i used it twice and it set on fire melting all the insides to which tower didnt reply for over a week i had to contact them again and battle to get money back poor customer service leave people without an answer dont buy this product

Ordered and paid for an accessory for my new air fryer. Sent by Evri but never arrived. Tower customer 'service' have failed to respond to my emails. So I have no parcel and no refund. Unacceptable.

Hopefully first one was a bad production model returned to shop of purchase as unit (Model No. T17038) manual 5 in 1 11lt as packed in after just 5 uses. Have purchased second unit hopefully will be better.

NOT impressed! Never received my order & the delivery was NOT attempted 3x as advertised after contacting Tower via email! was told my item was out of stock!? how can it be out of stock when it was being delivered to me !?

I am very unhappy and totally disappointed with my recent purchases from Tower and their customer service is not good either :-(. First Tower Air Fryer purchased 15th Nov, had to be returned to the retailer as the manual timer did not work. Second Tower Air Fryer arrived today, and guess what, this one will have to go back also!!!!!! I opened the box to discover the plug is broken/smashed with the fuse bit lying loose in the box. I am waiting for CS to get back to me?????????

Don't know if I am qualified to do a review as you used a sub standard delivery company EVRI and it never arrived . Complaints to yourselves with "will get back to you in 48 hours " has come to nothing and contacting EVRI comical.
