Bought first 5 in 1 air fryer 6 months ago. Brilliant. Just bought 2nd one for our holiday home. Best kitchen gadget by far. Used daily.

Awful customer service problem with 3 month old air fryer they say its cosmetic so no fault don't expect this kind of response will never recommended or bur Tower products Absolutely poor company

I had purchased a tower air fryer from an online website and had it for 18 months before it just stopped working. The hot air mechanism just stopped all of a sudden. I contacted customer service and after 4/5 days I had a response from Sophie. I had given my serial number and the model in my first email to ask if I was under warranty. Unfortunately I hadn't extended my warranty so I was told I couldn't get a replacement. During the emails I exchanged with Sophie she was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had swiftly in detail. I told Sophie that a products life span couldn't possibly be 18 months even if I wasn't in warranty. Sophie went above and beyond, spoke to management and got me a replacement air fryer. I can't wait to have my favourite appliance back in my kitchen. A bit shout out to Sophie. THANK YOU!

Placed my order Ref 71808 on 10th Feb 23 for next day delivery, order still shows pending. Have sent 3 emails through my account and not yet had a respond as of 16th Feb, yet the money was taken from my bank account in the 10th Feb 23. My worst customer experience ever.

My waffle maker developed a fault after 2 years. Having 3 years extended warranty I contacted Tower and advised about the issue. After few emails exchanges, they sent me a replacement unit. Great service.

Sadly the second airfryer was sent back today. I really liked the oven but after 3 months the touch pad on first would not work. The second ( replacement) one arrived and the touch pad was not working at all. I have ordered a new one but different make.

Bought this rotating kebab skewers item off the back of using the rotisserie which is fabulous. I haven't been let down again this gadget works really well. Didn't come with instructions how to assemble so took a while for me to work it out. All washes well in the dishwasher and stores easily inside my air fryer. I'm a fan!

Ordered online for local pick up. Quick n easy no problems. Fantastic air fryer, most dishes cook in half the time. Roast potatoes are amazing, tried cooking small joint of beef 35 mins n it was done. Im still learning but so far I can say its best £150 spent in a long time

Tower 3L manual airfrier. Seems to have burnt out after 3 months use. Only used to cook vegetables. Not a fuse on plug issue.

Product is robust & high quality. Used it this morning for the first time. Very happy. Would have loved an accompanying cook book, with ideas for optimising the airfryer. Just a thought.

So far I am very impressed with my new Tower Air fryer. The multi racks are very useful. The air fryer is easy to use and is very versatile. There’s also a great tower air fryer Facebook group which has fabulous recipe ideas. I am very impressed and a great purchase
