“I bought a new T17038 and was somewhat put out that I had to turn on the rotisserie motor to have light inside the oven - strange. I called to ask if this was as designed and it was (a flaw in my view). The agent I spoke to (Laura) was simply the very best. Not only did she talk me down from my indignant stance, she had experience of my exact model, knew and understood some of the usability issues I'd experience - she'd even recorded a video of her own solution to my problems. Talk about 'Above and Beyond' ! I started the call ready to make a complaint/return my oven and ended it having had a well-informed conversation with a like minded user. If you are lucky enough to get Laura - tap her for all of her knowledge, she really is the font of all ...!”

“I haven't even plugged it in yet, but I'm writing this review to congratulate Tower on their excellent packaging. No plastic, except recyclable bags, and recycled/recyclable paper and cardboard Which is easy to tear up. When you're my age and disabled, these things are important. Well done Tower!”

“Evri had lost my Tower parcel, so the problem didn't belong to Tower, yet they responded to my emails very quickly, looked into the problem and sent a replacement immediately, which then arrived. Excellent customer service.”

“My cordless vac brush broke, so I emailed the company explained, what was wrong with it. They ask to send photos of the broken brush which I did. A lovely lady name liberty, Told me they stopped making that model, so they going to send me a different cordless vac. She emailed me saying it will be with me in next 3-5 days. I can't wait to try it out.”

“After having a lengthy wait for a item I had ordered please not this was down to the delivery company not down to tower I ended up having to contact Tower regarding the situation I was in concast with a advisor called Kelly she dealt with my issue very quickly and professionally. Due to the length of time I had waited for the item I assumed that the delivery company had lost the item I was given a refund. Low and behold 2 days later after resolving the issue my item was delivered I contacted Kelly again for advice on how to proceed she was very quickly sorted the situation for me. She was very helpful throughout this situation”

“I bought the Tower pressure cooker/ smoker a couple of years back but I found I wasn’t using it as much as I should, simply because it never came with a recipe book. I decided to email Tower Customer Service and asked if the company now made one but unfortunately they dont. The lady I emailed at Customer service (Sophie) was super efficient with her reply’s and very quick to respond. So thank you Sophie.”

“After being let down by Evri ,we contacted Tower customer services where we lucky to make contact with a fantastic lady called Kelly . After a couple of emails Kelly reissued a new order which was delivered within 24 hrs. All our items arrived well packaged and undamaged. We can't thank Kelly enough for the first class service she provided and if we have any more problems she asked to be contacted straight away. Now that is service .”

“There was a very strong smell the first few times used but wore off. Surprised as to how quickly food cooks and looks. Getting used to controls but fairly easy and straightforward.”
