Customer service shocking paid for next day delivery but came 2days later The product itself is wot I needed

My order number is 10371-149125, i paid for next day delivery it is end of the next day and no delivery , no update on my order, My order still says it is pending.Why are you charging me for next day delivery and not sending it next day! I order it at 12.03 way before the 2pm deadline for next day

Purchased a vortex in 2022 and registered it for the three year guarantee. The drawer came loose and I had to cut the cable and throw it away. A replacement was sent but this work at all. It began to smoke in our kitchen. We finally received a replacement but we are not allowed to register it for its 3 year guarantee even though it says on the box because it has been a replacement. I don’t think this is a very good endorsement for the brand if there is no confidence to guarantee a 3 yr guarantee on a direct tower supplied product. The customer services over the telephone and emails have been very professional.

Customer comments also allow us as an organisation to provide a balanced response to the comments left. I was sorry to learn of the rare fault which occurred with your Air Fryer. Our products are supported by a robust fixed warranty scheme which in the rare event that a fault does occur we will always replace the faulty product. The warranty scheme in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is a fixed warranty scheme which commences from the date of purchase. I bought 12L airfryer. I just got it. It looks okay but it took nearly 10 days to be delivered. Awful experience and customer service policy. One lady finally could sort it out with Evri. This needs to be improved if they want to have a brand dignity.

This is my 2nd Tower air fryer. I had my last 1, 2 years, still going, I wanted an upgrade. The 6 litre, vortex is excellent. Fast, quiet, food is perfect, easy to use. Looks great in my kitchen. With a 3 Yr gaurentee, plus the price, cheap, reduced on Amazon. Well, you cannot get better.

This Tower Cavaletto midnight blue/rose gold kettle is very cheaply made. It has a lid which I have really struggled to get off and the inside looks to have been used as I've only boiled it once and it looks stained. The on off switch is like that of a children's toy and I feel could do easily break off at any time.

I live this toaster. Perfect for one. But, it doesn't have much weight so you have to hold one side when you press your toast down!

Very surprised at the quality and the ease of use of the air fryer also how easy it is to disassemble and clean with a simple wipe with a cloth so easy
