“I bought 12L airfryer. I just got it. It looks okay but it took nearly 10 days to be delivered. Awful experience and customer service policy. One lady finally could sort it out with Evri. This needs to be improved if they want to have a brand dignity.”

Having reviewed your enquiry I was sorry to learn of the rare issue with the delivery of your parcel - our courier partners work extremely hard to ensure 1000's of customers receive their parcels on a daily basis. Once we were made aware of the slight delay with the delivery of our parcel our Customer Services Team acted quickly to ensure your parcel was located and delivered to you safely. “This is my 2nd Tower air fryer. I had my last 1, 2 years, still going, I wanted an upgrade. The 6 litre, vortex is excellent. Fast, quiet, food is perfect, easy to use. Looks great in my kitchen. With a 3 Yr gaurentee, plus the price, cheap, reduced on Amazon. Well, you cannot get better.”

“This Tower Cavaletto midnight blue/rose gold kettle is very cheaply made. It has a lid which I have really struggled to get off and the inside looks to have been used as I've only boiled it once and it looks stained. The on off switch is like that of a children's toy and I feel could do easily break off at any time.”

“I purchased the xpress Pro 11L 5 in 1 air fryer oven. Im happy that it is a good quality product. It cooks everything nicely, has a wide variety of uses and is very easy to use! It cooks much faster than the normal cooker and I've saved alot of electricity using this instead. I'd definitely reccomend it.”
