“Bought the 11 litre 5 in 1 digital air fryer T17039 from very 3 weeks ago. Loving the air fryer, hardly use my oven now. Only problem is the interior light does not work now. Can u advise how to replace this”

“Just when we was beginning to enjoy the 10 in 1 Air Fyrer purchased in September 2022 the front door has now developed a large crack. Unable to phone customer services as too busy to answer calls, emailed and told to expect to wait 7 days for a reply. Usual scenario happy to sell the products but not happy to provide the customer support.”

“Bought the 4L two days ago and am completely hooked already, cooked chips (fries) from real potatoes and they were wonderful, made sure to rinse all the starch off and dried them thoroughly with kitchen paper, three to four sprays of sunflower oil and an additional two sprays after shaking halfway through, took 20mins from raw potato to perfectly cooked chips, sausages were cooked to perfection, will try baking with it soon and see how it handles that, but even if it doesn't do well when baking it would still get 5 out of 5 for me coz I only really wanted it for chips, sausage, bacon, chicken etc and it's already handled that perfectly, thanks Tower, worth every penny I spent on it, highly recommended, A+++, just need to buy an air fryer cookbook now xx”

“Good little efficient oven. Shelves don't fit well too tight on the width. Needs on or off light switch. Could do with a bell to tell you when it switches off like a microwave. Control knobs need white marker.”

“I recently searched 'amazon' and many other online outlets for an Airfryer, for my desired size and price range all were out of stock. A friend suggested I try Freemans, (are they still in business?) ...and I did, not only did I get what I wanted, received it within 48 hours with clear and precise paperwork. Thankyou. From now on Freemans will be my first choice.”
