“I had a concern regarding my new purchase-Tower T17024 Air Fryer. Not being familiar with air fryers, I contacted Tower Customer Service & was given the advice & help by Arjan. He was very kind to reply to my emails promptly & with care & understanding. I am really pleased with his help. Being a senior citizen, conversing via email is difficult for me. So Thanks to Arjan.”

“kelly at tower as helped me all the way i bought a tower air fryer from a supplier who went bust. and just my luck the air fryer broke. so i emailed tower and kelly dealt with it with in2 day ive got a new one on its way well dome tower and kelly”

“A shame that my air fryer failed in the first place but fantastic customer service from start to finish. Reported on the 10th March, replacement upgrade arrived 23rd March. Liberty at customer services was great all the way through the process, no problems at all..Thanks.”
